We had the beach to ourselves. The linens were immaculate. Host and site manager were very responsive. The house is a little tough getting in and out of and a little noisy right on the road. There was plenty to see and eat nearby. Fridge door shelves and kitchen faucet has some quirks. The back porch was our living room all week. The views lived up to the pictures and more. The beach water conditions are not for little kids, at least in March. The pool is hard to secure from a little kid also. Plan to travel to a family friendly area to play in the ocean. There is an area that was fun for littles near the lighthouse. Overall, would stay again. Definitely worth the value.

We recently stayed at Casa Lopez with two families (4 adults and 5 kids ages 7-11), and it was perfect for our group! The house had more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the layout made it easy to relax and enjoy time together. The pool was a huge hit with the kids – the patio was a great place to hang out and watch the huge waves in the ocean. The location is great – just a short walk the beach and Ozean beach bar & grill. If you are looking to do excursions (snorkeling, fishing, etc.) the closest are in San Juan. We loved the Arecibo area because it didn’t feel touristy. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, plenty of bath and beach towels. It’s clear the owners put a lot of thought into making this place welcoming and family-friendly. Highly recommend Casa Lopez for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and amazing stay in Puerto Rico. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

We were 3 families for a total of 6 adults and 8 kids aged 4-11. We stayed at this house for 5 nights. I see that this property doesn’t have enough reviews, so I’ll try to make this as detailed as possible. Location: This house is located on the coast, close to a small town called Barceloneta. It’s about 1 hour drive from Jas Juan when there is no traffic. The two main advantages of the location are the proximity to a nice quiet beach (literally 2 minutes’ walk from the house) and the fact that it’s super secluded. Even if you’re a noisy group, you will not bother the neighbors because there are none. Literally there is no other house within half a mile radius or so. For us this was perfect, and we really enjoyed the fact that we didn’t need to worry about the kids play noise bothering anyone, and on the flip side, once they were asleep no one bothered us. The downside of the location is that the main tourist attractions of PR are between 1-2 hours drive away. We were fine with this, but if you don’t like to drive and still want to do all the snorkeling tours / bioluminescent kayaking / rain forest walk etc. perhaps look for something in San Juan or to the east of it. The property: There are 2 buildings and a pool on a HUGE fenced-in privet ground (With coconut trees and wild Iguanas walking around). The main house has 5 bedrooms and 2 baths, in addition to a living room and a kitchen. The second building is a large pool house. Note that the sixth bedroom and two bathrooms are in the pool house. In addition, there is a large open area in the pool house, in case you want to throw a party there. There is a very (VERY!) nice pool. Honestly, this is the nicest pool I’ve seen in an Airbnb. The kids loved it, and so did the adults. Two points about the property – While everything was very clean, the house interior and most of the furniture are far from new. We didn’t mind this at all, but if you’re looking for luxurious shiny new things, you will not find them here. The one thing that did bother us was the shower situation. The two showers in the pool house don’t have warm water at all. For some people this might be fine, given the Caribbean weather, but it’s not for everyone. The two showers in the main house did have warm water, but the water pressure was extremely weak. Taking a shower was no fun… This is the only thing that would make me rate this house as a 4.5 if I could. It is noteworthy that we did NOT contact the hostess about this shower issue, and it’s possible that if we did this perhaps could have been fixed. Hostess: The communication with Carmen was good, and we got timely answers to all our questions and requests.

Great place for groups! Easy and centric - great price too!

Beautiful home and property. Def get suv or jeep as we know Puerto Rico driving isn’t for faint of heart. This one is def doable and enjoyable drive to property if u love nature. Lots of beds and room for family w comfy beds n pillows. Home is full of lots of features and things to do. Great for larger group n def peaceful at night.

¡stayed for three days at this home was an exceptional experience! Clean and in excellent condition, it stood out for its pleasant and homely atmosphere. The comfort of the spaces made our stay very pleasant. The pool was a great plus that we enjoy everyday. It perfectly accommodated the 10 people we were, and we certainly plan to return soon. A 5 star experience without hesitation!

My family loved our stay, plenty of room to comfortably fit, peaceful private surroundings. Needed towels for bathrooms, so I left 2 I purchased and another key fob but otherwise very pleased with our stay. Thank you Kevin & Priscilla!

We loved, loved the home. It was so beautiful and comfortable. We found the best convenient store right down the street. Quiet and neighborhood and super nice people. Having the beach across the street with amazing view and breeze was stunning and amazing. Porfirio is very quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond when asked for recommendations. Only thing missing is a generator incase power goes out would be a huge accommodation. If and when I come visit PR again, I would definitely want to come stay, there again. This place is amazing. It was clean, the AC was amazing, everything worked and the pool water was amazing. There are a ton a places to eat all with in a 5-8 min drive. Best of all the host is very responsive. There was an island wide black out for a day while we were there and she brought us some flash lights and portable fans. I 100% recommend this place to everyone.

My experience at WhitePeacock was wonderful. From the first contact the host was kind and available at any time. Always ready to answer any question and request and happy to give us advice. The house is very welcoming and has everything you need, so it helped make our holiday unique. It is very very clean and I appreciated this very much. Just as I appreciated finding various things to drink upon our arrival and a sweet welcome thought. I absolutely recommend without any doubt WhitePeacock, impossible not to love it!!

My family had an amazing time at the beach house. We definitely enjoyed this house and its amenities. Host was very attentive and responded quickly. The fact that the island was going through a power outage at the time of our stay and this house was powered with the backup was an A+. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Super nice place, clean and above all quiet to have a good time

Ed-Cecy’s place was great. Convenient to everything. They were super responsive and accommodating. We loved all of the plants and trees on the property. It’s the countryside of Puerto Rico - you’ll hear coqui’s, cows etc. But it’s beautiful! Very secure and peaceful. It’s on our list for our next visit to Puerto Rico
