The building hosts the oldest working elevator in Patras, though a new elevator brings you directly to the 4th floor, where you can enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony. Α totally independent part of my apartment with his own entrance, is a beautiful, friendly place. The view from the apartment is magical and it's only 2 km from the center, 1 km from Round Road and only 700 m from the main hospital of the city.

To find Daniella's Place be sure your GPS directions align with the good directions the host provides; then, once you arrive, serenity is your reward! We received a very warm welcome from Barbara (Daniella's mother). And she immediately made us feel comfortable, & was a wealth of information regarding the area. Our original goal was to use Daniella's place as a home base to visit Olympia (a must), & to explore other parts of the NW Peloponnese, but we found the city of Patra a fascinating place itself. The free parking by the water near Agios Andreas Church put us on foot which is a terrific way to explore both the lower & upper city of Patra. We also visited the Archaeological Museum with its free parking. Daniella's place was immaculate, spacious, & well stocked w everything you might need. The patio was the perfect place to have a drink & watch the sunset. This is a lovely home on a hill in the Greek countryside, & only 20 minutes from a very interesting city.

Another great stay in the wonderful Achaia/Achaea region of the Peloponnese. Although it was exactly like the pictures, the drive in was a real adventure and completely unexpected...and although not far from a main road, it felt right off the beaten track. So peaceful and nicely situated. Superb value for money, as almost everything is in Greece. I still regard Aigio and in particular Patras the most underrated town and city respectively in the whole of Greece. Stunning local beaches, hundreds of bars, restaurants, shops, tavernas and almost completely Greek (the best part). I'd highly recommend this place for a couple or a couple of friends. It has Aircon, WiFi and it's a lovely set up. The host was superb in his communication, it was clean and perfectly furnished for the space available, very clever. Efcharistó Poly and see you soon.

Mr. Pavlos contacted me from the first moment to help me with whatever I needed. The place was clean and bright, it had all the amenities mentioned. Quiet area, you need a means of transport to get to the city centre, but for us it was not a problem, we knew it. I would choose it again on my future trip.
