Beachfront holiday rental in Minnesota River

Rachel's lake house was absolutely lovely - spacious, gorgeous views from the second you walk in, comfortable beds, clean and inviting kitchen, and your own oasis just steps outside the back door. When my travel plans changed, she was so kind and responsive and made it potentially stressful situation seamless. I would 1000% stay here again!

We stayed for an extended Super Bowl/birthday weekend and had a great time. Super responsive to messages when there was a very small issue and checked in multiple times to make sure all was well. We would love to go back in summer. Very efficient space for a large group and the new hot tub was a hit with everyone in our party. Thank you!

We had a great stay. The cabin was clean, easy to find and the views/property are beautiful! Nice neighbors in what seems like a great lake/cabin community ! The owner was very responsive, flexible and kind. We would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at this peaceful, cozy cabin. Lots of space for relaxing and the walkout yard to the lake is stunning. We loved the sauna and hanging out on the back porch to soak in the views. The outdoor shower was also a big bonus with a big group & only 1 indoor bathroom. The details of this stay is what separated it from other properties we’ve stayed at. 5 stars for sure!

Our stay was absolutely the best. Diane was great to work with, before and during our stay. Half of our wedding party was able to comfortably stay during the weekend, and there was plenty of space, activities, and privacy for a small cozy groom’s dinner on site. Thank you Diane, and other hosts, for a beautiful site and a wonderful weekend! Highly recommended and we would definitely be interested in a return visit. 💞

I wanted to share how appreciative I am of the efforts of keeping your property chemical and fragrance free! I was so impressed! We keep a non-toxic home as well and staying in rentals always give me a bit of anxiety with all the common cleaners used. I loved being able to bring my little ones here and be so comfortable and at peace. Thank you! I wish there were more properties out there that take a healthy environment as seriously as you guys.

Weather didn’t quite work in our favor for boating, but the views and location are incredible! The house is comfortable and well appointed. Was a great gathering spot for our group. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Rachael and her husband were wonderful. We had slight trouble with the lock (user error). They responded immediately, unlocked it remotely, and came to the house quickly to rectify. My son loved fishing for the first time off the dock, and we saw four pelicans each morning in the bay. They had everything needed in the kitchen to make family meals during our trip.

Great place, great location, it was very clean. My wife's love it. I will love to return back in the future.

Holly's place was just what we needed. The inside was really clean and well decorated. Outside the lake was quiet and it was fun to have a few water toys like the lily pad and kayaks. We got a lot of use out of the sauna. Holly was always responded quickly when we had questions. Great place for a get away. We will have to come back!

Absolutely magical stay! The lake house was the perfect setting for making unforgettable family memories. We spent our days kayaking on the peaceful water, our evenings around the fire pit roasting s’mores, and our nights playing board games with the grandparents. Watching squirrels play in the trees each morning was a delight for everyone. Cozy, clean, and full of charm—this place felt like home from the moment we arrived. Can’t wait to come back!

We had the most magical stay at this home! The house itself was absolutely stunning—beautifully decorated, cozy, and everything we could have hoped for to make our holiday perfect. The hosts went above and beyond to make it feel like Christmas. They even left personalized stockings for our kids filled with thoughtful little gifts, which absolutely delighted them! The cabin was in a great location, just outside of the Twin Cities. All necessary kitchen items were provided and the cabin has a dock and campfire ring that we enjoyed greatly. There are lots of small fish off the dock and our daughter had a great time catching them with her little fishing rod. The neighbors were very friendly and the lake wasn't overly busy. The boat launch is a ten minute drive. If bringing a boat or a larger group with multiple vehicles, be aware there is space to park two vehicles so plan ahead or communicate with the host to see if you're able to use the parking across the way. They were great to volunteer it for us, but not sure if it's always available. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again! The cabin has been completely renovated and the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. Thank you for a great weekend!

We came back for our 4th maybe 5th stay and we were reminded yet again about how much we love this cabin! The views are amazing and the cabin is neat and clean. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Love the way this place is decorated! So cute! I love the wall art and table decorations. Watching birds on the lake and kayaking was so much fun! We had an absolutely beautiful time. Life jackets were provided along with paddles. This place was so beautiful with lots of natural sunlight. Fun hammock in the yard for reading. Such an excellent experience! Kitchen had all the essentials for washing dishes and cooking including seasonings. Pillows were comfortable with lots of extra blankets. We loved grilling steaks and putting together a fun jigsaw puzzle. Being able to do laundry for free was amazing too. We enjoyed watching a movie in a the bunkhouse and watching the sunrise. We went out farther on the lake in the kayak to watch the sunset and that was beautiful. Really really excellent place we are really looking forward to coming back.

My family had the most wonderful stay in Norway Lake! Book now you WON’T regret it! Everything in the main floor was accessible for my grandparents, including the outdoor deck. They had everything you could need for cooking and a big highlight was game nights in the dining kitchen and paddle-boarding near the dock!

The lake house was lovely and very comfortable. We enjoyed being on the lake and Ryan was an amazing host! The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals, which was super helpful.

The Indian Lake Chalet is sublime!! The perfect place for a relaxing or active family trip—we did lots of both! The house is super clean and perfectly appointed. It was comfortable and spacious for our multigenerational group of 11. We’d very happily stay here again!

Phoebes place was adorable. I can’t wait to go back! There are steep hills to fire pit area and the trail to the tiki hit where kayaks are stored is a short hike so maybe not appropriate for people with disabilities or small children. But perfect for our group of 6 adults. We absolutely loved the set up and the clean clear lake .

Fellow travelers, You have come upon a very special find in this home. Walking in the entry door, we were captivated by the natural beauty of the lake and home. We felt as if we were literally on top of the lake while being inside the house due to the impressive design and floor to ceiling windows in this picturesque home. Everything indoors and out was spotless, comfortable and inviting. We had up to 6 adults + 2 children, and the home remained spacious. The outdoor eating and sitting areas, coupled with the multiple inside gathering spots provided ample options for both sharing space and taking space. The open floor plan allowed for continued interaction during cooking/clean up - a host's dream. The sandy beach, the sturdy dock, and floating raft were used everyday of our stay for swimming/paddling/fishing/lounging. Suffice it to say that Dan and his husband have created a piece of heaven on earth with this home. They are also kind and generous hosts. We will be back.

Fabulous lakehome!!! Very spacious, clean home. Fully furnished kitchen with plenty of seating. We had fun with numerous activities - kayaks, water bikes, bonfires, chair swings, and especially the pickleball court. We had an excellent, enjoyable time with our family, where many fond memories were made. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. We love this place and hope to return next year!!!

This place was perfect for hosting my family visiting from abroad - the lakefront cabin showcased a Minnesota getaway, from breakfast out on the deck viewing the lake, to boating, and even catching some crappie out on the lake. Everyone loved their stay, and I really appreciated how well-stocked the home is with towels, blankets, & loads of dinnerware so we could have some family meals together easily. Very thankful for Ethan & Jennell's wonderful home & pontoon boat that left my family so impressed with Minnesota!
