We had the most incredible 8 nights at this absolutely stunning villa. Dionysios sets the bar very high when it comes to hosting, there was not a single thing that wasn’t thought of, we particularly appreciated the welcome pack of food and drinks as we arrived late on the Saturday night, as well as our mid-stay clean and for being so prompt to meet us with spare keys when we mistakingly took the wrong keys out with us! Thank you again for everything. As for the Villa, it really is just as you see on the pictures if not better, the details of the decor really make you feel you’re in paradise, the pool is a great temperature which we loved and the incredible outdoor space left nothing to be desired with fantastic water features and very comfortable stylish sun loungers. There is a wide range of condiments already stocked and utensils (including a wine cooler!). The location was also fantastic! 1000 characters simply isn’t enough to capture the beauty of our stay, we hope to be back 1 day

Zoe’s Suite is perfect for a couple! It has everything you would need - fully equipped kitchen, secure parking, aircon, king size bed, luxurious shower room - and we had a very comfortable stay. Above all else, it has the most stunning sea views that we enjoyed looking out at all throughout the day, from the moment we woke up in bed to when we had our meals outside. The villa is situated in a great location, just a 10 minute drive from large supermarkets, the main town of Argostoli, and most importantly one of the best sandy beaches in Kefalonia (Makris Gialos)! The village of Lakithra is peaceful and quaint, with a few restaurants, a bar and a delicious pastry shop (Antonis) down the road that you have to try for traditional delicious pastries/cakes. All interactions with Clayde, Panagis and Nancy from HostingMe were great - prompt, friendly, accommodating! We really can’t recommend Zoe’s Suite enough, you’ll love your stay!

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Dimitris is an amazing host - he was very kind and responsive, helped us with everything we needed and wondered about, and went out of his way to guarantee we have a pleasant stay. The villa itself is wonderful - beautiful, clean and well-equipped. It is clear that Dimitris put a lot of thought and effort in the villa. The view is astounding and the pool area is a true highlight. The villa is located in a quiet and relaxed village. The proximity to the airport poses no problem at all - there aren't many flights each day and the noise is minimal. We warmly recommend spending time in Dimitris' villa and we would be happy to come back!

We loved our stay at this villa. The villa is beautiful, spotless & is situated at a very convenient location. Elaena was a wonderful hostess, always responsive to our needs. She was also very kind, helpful and gave us great recommendations. She was sweet to have wine, fruit, and cookies ready for us upon our arrival. We had an amazing experience! Great experience at Fotis and Mirtia’s. The property was great, Fotis very helpful. He recommended a scooter service that gave us a great price and was very kind and helpful as well. Family friendly, entertainment for children and bbq in the garden.

Had a wonderful stay. Was easy to find and beautiful location. The beach was walkable but glad we had a hire car. The apartment was very clean and perfect for our needs. watched some lovely sunsets. An initial issue on the first eve, but Yiannis responded quickly to the message, onsite within 24hrs and sorted. Gave confidence that he was available. Right by the airport but didn't really hear the planes much. We did visit before Peak so alot of shops and restaurants were not open and getting ready for the season. I would book this accommodation again or any of his other properties. My only feedback, not a criticism but I'd pay for a welcome hamper with bread, butter, milk, coffee and tea. Maybe a pick and mix of some breakfast options or snacks. finding an open supermarket was a pain on BH Monday, but it was Easter Monday.

Myself and my husband have just returned from our 2nd stay here. The house is beautiful, well equipped and very comfortable. It also has a fantastic view. And It's only a few minutes from the airport. Nikos is very friendly and extremely helpful. The perfect host! I would definitely recommend Sarlata Village House.

We (family of 5) decided to splurge on this villa, and are glad we did. It has the "wow" factor, highlighted by the beautiful pool and outdoor area and amazing sea view. I've stayed in many luxury AirBnB properties in the US and Europe, and sometimes it quickly becomes clear that their appeal is only skin deep—the place looks great in pictures, but all sorts of little details fall short once you arrive. Not this one. It's a newer property, immaculately clean, and the cleaning crew that stopped by every few days did a fantastic job. We also loved the location, which is central and practical for exploring Kefalonia with a car, and were very glad we stayed in the south. (Fiskardo is cute but tiny and super touristy, a few hours there was plenty for us, while Argostoli has a very pretty main street and more to offer.) It's worth noting that the connectivity/wifi wasn't great and the beds, as is common in Europe, are quite firm by US standards. But overall a magical place to spend a week!
