Monthly Rentals in Mindil Beach

Great stay for two couples. Clean and tidy, with everything we needed. Verandah was fantastic, bigger than the pics and lovely to hang out on. Perfect location, can easily walk to Mindil beach and Cullen Bay ……we walked to The Waterfront also. Otherwise it’s less than $10 in an Uber to get to all of your local places. We were lucky enough to be able to check in super early on the day of our arrival too, which was brilliant. Joe was great in communicating and even though we didn’t meet him, we were welcomed with cold beers in the fridge and the use of condiments etc in the pantry. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Chris is always a very responsive & accommodating host. The apartment was nice and clean and comfortable. The sunset views were amazing! I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, close to the main road and Esplanade with a great walk along the water. The space was exactly as promised, lots of room and clean. Lina and team were excellent to communicate with and friendly, I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved our stay. The pool was used every day. And what a lovely setting with lush plants. And we even had it to ourselves often. Great location - easy to get in and out of the city and everywhere else we wanted to visit. The apartment was great for the 4 of us. We all loved the upstairs balcony very much. A great place for dinner or late afternoon G & T watching the bay and the clouds roll in. We would recommend this apartment as a great place to base yourself in Darwin.
