Our Kabin is a newly renovated, all-season, boutique 4 bedroom cottage (approx. 1,500 sq ft) with many details and features that we are excited to share with you. Located at the water's edge, the Kabin has beautiful south-eastern exposure, overlooking Lake Paudash. Water can be accessed by the gently sloping sandy beachfront or from our brand new dock. Just over 2 hours away from Toronto, but the scenic Hwy 28 makes the time fly by. We just LOVE our place and are certain that you will too!

Offering private access to Lake Scugog with an oversized dock for you to take advantage of water activities, enjoy your morning coffee and watch some of the best sunsets on the lake. The cottage sits only 15 min. from the quaint town of Port Perry where you can go to enjoy its brewery, incredible cuisine, farmers markets, and picturesque Main Street.

Cozy, updated 3 bedroom cottage on Little Boshkung Lake. The cottage is fully winterized making the cottage available year round. Enjoy skiing or snowmobiling on the nearby slopes and trails. Cozy up by the wood stove with a good book or movie. Little Boshkung Lake is part of a 3 lake chain where you can enjoy boating, fishing and swimming in the warmer months.
