Holiday rentals with breakfast in Mindanao

Dom był otwarty od strony morza i posiadał piękny widok z pokoju. Miejsce o szczególnym klimacie, bardzo komfortowe i przestronne. Spokojna okolica, skuterem można podjechać do centrum. Obsługa bardzo serdeczna, szczególnie jedna z Pań którą nas przyjmowała była niebywale miła i pomocna. Pomimo drobnej usterki z WiFi, specjalnie dla nas został przywieziony przenośny router z kartą do internetu, co świadczy o dużym zaangażowaniu obsługi. Śniadania były pyszne i obfite. Wszystko to sprawia że chcielibyśmy tam wrócić.

We check in late ,they still waiting for us helping with our bags,he explained how the place was made into reality.I love the place because I love plants,it makes the place cooler from heat of the sun.The only downside is that there is part of the road that is rough ,but I know it will be develop soon as Samal is attracting more visitors I will definitely recommend the place to friends and relatives.

Rob is a great host, very friendly and knowledgeable of the surroundings. He was kind and flexible with our late checkout and let us use the dependence for a quick shower before leaving Panglao. The house is lovely, just like the pictures, and Kira the dog is a wonderful addition to the place, the friendliest dog ever! The house was clean and spacious, the outdoors were well kept and made the house an oasis of peace. The neighborhood is not so great, but the house is close to the beach where most tours start and by renting a bike you’re pretty much close to everything you need so the location overall is great. The only thing I would improve in the house are the bathrooms that could use some renovations, however they worked and were clean as well so nothing to complain. We had a wonderful stay and greatly recommend this guesthouse!

Our stay at Sandy Feet Resort was one of the best vacation experiences we've had in the Philippines. One for the books! Just right location, fantastic amenities, caring, responsive and catering staff; and the villa itself, elegantly designed with exquisitely placed furnishings with such meticulous details; just so beautifully put together. And last but most certainly not the least, Alexandra was the consummate host; responsive, thorough and kind, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It was perfection all around. We hope to be back. Dear Alexandra, Ms. Joy, Mr. Larry, all of the staff, thank you so much for the extra care and touches; especially for the nighttime birthday preparations at the beach, under the stars. What memories we left with! It was a 6-day furlough we will soon not forget, thanks to you all!

The hosts were friendly,accommodating and gracious. We felt right at home from the time we set foot. They prepared the house and meals on time. Impeccable service! We were particularly impressed when the hosts satisfied our cravings of ceviche. They went the extra mile to secure fresh fish and turned it into a delicious meal. All the basic needs were served without any reminders. We are giving the place and the host 5 stars. Highly recommended for big groups and small. Rest assured you will be attended to properly.

The place was all set when we arrive for check in. It was properly cleaned and well arranged. The host was also very responsive and was able to accomodate our needs. Kudos!

Alberto’s VILLA is probably the one of the best yet in the island. gives you privacy and amazing vibes, from the pool, amenities. the way going there might be challenging but once u get there, it will be worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. would totally come back. had issues during the night but alberto was responsive with everything. amazing host!

The place was very spacious and the host was very kind. It was a last minute booking because we had an issue with the ferry schedule but Mr. Juancho and family were still able to accommodate us right away.

This was a rare stay at an Airbnb that felt like a truely personal experience. Fiona and Henny not only nail a of the standard points for hosting, their personal touch goes above and beyond. They’re always happy to socialize in the bar they have downstairs, they even invited me to go along with them when they took a trip to the mountains! I look forward to coming back here!

Secure place in a subdivision, Townhouse, living room , CR, and then 2 Bedrooms upstairs. Outside seating and BBQ. Will return every chance I get.

Had a good experience here with my friends. We were able to enjoy the amenities, like the kitchen, the grill, the swimming pool! The place is silent at night, so you can just fully relax and unwind. It also gets a bit cozy, so really perfect for those who love coffee (and they have an espresso machine). Adriaan, the host, is very very approachable, and communicates well with the guests. He is very understanding too, if you are looking for something specific, he will do his best to give it to you and make your stay even more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

别墅具有典型的菲律宾风味，位于杜马城北的别墅区，距离房东王姐的住所也仅一步之遥。王姐的热情好客善解人意让人宾至如归的同时，也少了很多在境外旅行的琐事烦恼，所谓安心放心开心就是这个意思。

Arrived in Davao City early in the morning.. Owner was kind enough to let us leave our things in their office so we can follow our itinerary for the day. Owner was also very responsive to our messages and was very pleasant to talk to. Staff were very accommodating and responds to our requests/queries in a timely manner. Would definitely book them when I get back to Davao. :)

Alles völlig in Ordnung und wie beschrieben. Wir wurden sehr liebenswürdig empfangen und uns wurde sogar noch etwas zum Essen besorgt, obwohl es schon ziemlich spät war. Da wir völlig durchnässt und auch etwas verschnupft ankamen, haben wir auf Anfrage sofort zusätzliche Laken zum Zudecken erhalten. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden! Auch die ruhige Lage und die kurze Entfernung zur Halbinsel Anda mit wirklich weißen Stränden ist empfehlenswert.

Host was very responsive. They made sure we were not lost and that we would have a good stay. Place is well-maintained and I love how clean the pool is.

A true at home experience with a lovely family. The area is quiet, slightly out of the city and a bit cooler, with high walls around to feel quite secure. Very clean, well maintained. Breakfast was amazing each day, a lot of effort put into it. Highly recommended.

The view is pristine… like floating in clouds. Ding is super kind and helpful. Simple but superb cooking. Outdoor shower felt like Bali. Recommend anytime!!!

The place is safe, clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. Near Robinson's Place and some other stores where we can buy our daily needs. We'll definitely stay again on my next business trips.
