Billabong Cottage at Mimosa Eco Retreat

Billabong Cottage is a romantic little one bedroom cottage situated next to its own large billabong. This fully equipped cathedral ceilinged cottage has everything you need for a romantic escape. Designed to represent the Australian settler’s cottage, unique and cozy, the fully fenced verandah overlooks the water, with wood heater and outdoor firepit. Pets are welcome. There is an additional charge of $40 per pet (max 2). Try our Corroboree, Cooee or Kiah Cottages if Billabong is booked out.

We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. Our guest studio is an Adults Only space that accommodates 2 people with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, plenty of storage for luggage, a comfortable sitting area, tea/coffee making facilities, private courtyard, BBQ, and kitchenette. Walking distance away is Narrawallee beach, and the inlet, a tranquil lake, popular for kayaking and Stand Up Paddling (SUP).
