Felipe’s Airbnb was easy to find, reasonably priced, and conveniently located near Sheridan College. The condo was more spacious than expected, with a large living area and open kitchen that made the space feel comfortable. Both beds were neatly made, and the bedding was very comfortable. We had a pleasant stay—thank you, Felipe!

My partner and I stayed for a month and during our stay Ashir was helpful and a great host. He was very helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable. He was also very accommodating! Would recommend!

Best air b&b ever! Enough for 2 adults and 3 kids family. So clean and have everything you need. Sauna and home theater are bonus! Plus reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. The location is lovely - the house is in a nice, peaceful and upscale neighborhood. It is very spacious, and we felt right at home. We loved sitting out on the patio enjoying the nice summer weather. The host was also very flexible and allowed us to check-out late. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Katherine's place is stunning! The home honours its heritage with updated amenities. The pictures from the listing are accurate. Our stay away allowed us to celebrate family time with our adult children and their spouses. We enjoyed cooking food in the expansive kitchen and playing games at the dining room table together. The town of Paris is a quick walk to awesome shops, with beautiful views of the Grand River along the way. We would highly recommend a stay here!

My family absolutely loved Paul’s place. Clean, modern, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The accommodation met and exceeded our expectations. It has to be the best ABNB accommodation we have stayed in. Communication with Paul was professional yet friendly. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul’s Rivertrail house.

The house was lovely. Had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to messages throughout the stay. The kids loved the games and extra spaces.

Close to shopping and restaurants. Kitchen had many amenities. Very well stocked with cleaning products and vacuum. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and laundry products. Comfortable beds. Great to have work stations. A chest of drawers would be beneficial when staying for a long period of time. Would recommend!

The home was exactly as promised! Beautiful, luxurious, with lots of sleeping options and places to relax. The seating by the pond was a favourite! Nathan, the property manager, proactively reached out offered assistance. The air conditioning was touch-and-go (the unit in the back of the house would turn on, try to run for a few seconds, then shut off) but we spent a lot of time outdoors any way and it didn't greatly impact our enjoyment of the home. All my guests had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!

Très belle maison bien entretenue où nous y avons passé 2 nuits. Elle est décorée avec très bon goût, tout le nécessaire de base (papier toilette, tablettes lave vaisselle, produits d'hygiène...). Literie confortable. Pour être parfaite, il manquerait des tapis de sol lorsque l'on sort de la baignoire, une passoire et peut-être une ou 2 dosettes de café dans la cuisine pour l'arrivée. Mais c'est un très bel Airbnb que nous conseillons sans hésiter. Arrivée/départ autonome sans problème avec instructions claires, wifi ok, lave linge sèche linge appréciés. Quartier tranquille, stationnement ok. On a aussi apprécié l'acceptation des chiens avec le jardin clos.

I could not have asked for a better stay in Kitchener! The apartment was comfortable and had everything you need for a pleasant stay and the view is amazin. Super well located, just minutes from uptown Waterloo or downtown Kitchener and at walking distance from the train station. Nicole was also very responsive and helpful! Overall, one of the best airbnb stays I've had!

This is a beautiful place with great hosts and flexible check in and check out times. The location is closer to all shops, banks and plazas. The hosts were always responsive. We requested for a late check out and despite the next booking we got an extra hour and a half which really helped us plan our day. The house is perfect for families with 2.5 baths and 2 beds. The only downside we felt was the stairs as this is a stacked house. Everything else was pretty easy and comfortable.

Omar was a great host! Very responsive and accommodating. The place was just as is in the pictures shown. Very clean and cozy. The views were amazing and building was close to many restaurants and the mall. I’d definitely recommend and definitely come back! :)

Susan’s place exceeded expectations. The photos of the home are beautiful but once you are inside you can truly appreciate the historical beauty. It is walking distance to downtown. There is an amazing restaurant Scozias across the street. Very generous portions and delicious food. Susan has thought of everything you could need for a stay. It was nice to see the attention to the little details. The house has lots of stairs up and down but this just adds to the character of the home. Thank you Susan

Court séjour dans ce joli logis. Très bien situé, à 5 minutes d'auto du "centre-ville" où nous allions. Donc parfait pour y retrouver la tranquillité en rentrant! L'immeuble est très tranquille, propre et bien insonorisé. Le logis était mignon. Parfaitement organisé et bien fonctionnel même s'il était petit. Nous nous y sommes sentis bien immédiatement en entrant. Décor épuré et beau. Nous y retournerions volontier si l'occasion se présentait à nouveau. Je n'ai pas eu besoin de communiquer avec Lauren car toutes ses indications étaient claires et nous n'avons manqué de rien, il y avait même des petites gâteries à grignoter à notre arrivée. Très agréable comme endroit et comme séjour!

We must say that David's place was a steal. Yes, it is a studio but the way it's decorated and every detail is so thoughtfully crafted such as the sizing of the couch, to the little extra things that people may forget for toiletries. We were so happy that we picked this spot for overnight stay before some hospital appointments. The bed is so comfortable. It's not a huge space which makes it easier to keep in order with closets big enough that they will hold all your things - just remember to bring extra clothes hangers. The enclosed balcony is a nice touch as well, and it's clear David's cleaner do pay attention to the little details. We hope to be back one day and that we will be welcomed! It's a quiet building with respectful people and is fairly quiet until the GO starts running which is to be expected.

Super convenient area for getting around the city. Very clean and super friendly host.
