Close to Koreatown and many great restaurants on Bloor Street. 5 min walk to 4 grocery stores and LCBO. Basement space not suitable for people over 6 feet tall.

It also has private access to outside balcony. Please do not book if you have trouble with steep stairs, uncontrolled heat environments, or small size bathrooms. Not recommended for sensitive people. Not recommended for people who struggle with heavy luggage. No elevator.
