Welcome to a piece of history in Spokane Valley, The Crosby Cottage! This modern-style cottage sleeps 4 and is long-rumored to have originally been built by Bing Crosby for his parents in 1939. Fully remodeled in 2023 with thoughtful upgrades and decor. Walkable to a city park and bus system, with easy I-90 access to airport, downtown Spokane, CDA, mountains, lakes, and shopping. Beautiful ambiance. Ample private parking. Scent-free bedding, & new washer/dryer. We look forward to hosting you!

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Mary's Place

Mary's Place is a newly updated non-smoking, no pets property with its own entrance. Suite is attached to home, inside there are several locked doors to main house that gives you complete secure privacy. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Bedroom has a king size bed and with walk in closet. The living room can be used as an additional sleep space for guests, queen air mattress and linens included. DT Spokane - 15 min. drive Shopping - 5 min. drive Coeur d'Alene - 30 min.

Bruce and Judy's Cozy Cottage

The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

The apartment has it's own entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house. There are no common areas besides the front yard. The house is located 10 to 15 minutes east of downtown Spokane.
