Tucked away on a 126 acre fourth-generation organic waterfront farm, Outrange is a private getaway situated just 15 minutes from historic Chestertown. With views of the Chester River and access to the farm’s private dock, Outrange is a magical getaway for anyone that loves the beauty of the Eastern Shore.

Friendly pets (indoor cats and dogs who can share the yard with us and our dog) are welcome. We donate 5% of proceeds to Kent Attainable Housing, the Animal Care Shelter of Kent County or ShoreRivers conservation—your choice.

Sweet Bay Overlook

Take it easy at this unique home overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. You will enjoy watching the amazing sunsets on the bluff as the eagles, ospreys and boats drift by. Our little house was built in the 1960’s by a brick mason who was very good at his trade. In recent years, the home had fallen into disrepair, but a talented Amish craftsman purchased the house and renovated it from top to bottom. The Sweet Bay that you see today reflects his incredible attention to detail and quality.

Flooded with light and in the center of all Chestertown has to offer. Have a front seat to Chestertown’s festivals. The apartment spans the entire front of the second floor of the recently restored building, built in 1877. Open living room/dining area/kitchen.
