Όλα ήταν τέλειαααα και τα πέντε αστέρια του είναι λίγο

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, υπέροχο διαμέρισμα. Σε εξαιρετικό σημείο για εξερευνήσεις, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα. πολύ ευγενικός οικοδεσπότης,ο οποίος απαντούσε άμεσα σε ότι τον ρωτήσαμε. Δεν χρειαστηκαμε απολύτως τίποτα όμως, το σπίτι σου παρέχει όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστείς.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, καθαρός , μοντέρνος και άνετος. Διέθετε όλες τις ευκολίες και τον εξοπλισμό που μπορεί να ζητήσει κανείς. Πολύ σημαντικό το γεγονός ότι μπορούσες να αφήσεις το αυτοκίνητο σε διπλανό χώρο πάρκινγκ με μειωμένη τιμή.

We had the best stay at Maria & Konstantinos studio. Everything we could have needed was provided including tooth brushes, shampoo, body gel, body lotion and Nespresso pods among others. We enjoyed having an espresso outside on the patio in the mornings. The complimentary wine and crochet greek eye was appreciated too! We really appreciated Maria’s quick responses, as well as restaurant and activity recommendations. We would highly recommend doing a boat tour to Lalaria Beach and Skopelos and another day to Tsourgia island - absolutely stunning views with the bluest water and vibrant greenery. You can take a water taxi to Tsourgia at the port. Koukanaries beach is also a must! Our check out went especially smooth as well as Maria helped set up a taxi for us to the airport. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore the northern beaches of the island, but we hope to return again one day. If this suite is still available we would highly recommend booking. This is an amazing property of five beautiful apartments. The apartment that me and my wife stayed in was big and airy with air conditioning ( which is a must even in September ) and a small kitchenette and dining table.The room is well decorated to a modern taste. We had great views over Skiathos town as the property is located in the mountains above. Some might say it's very secluded but I would say it's private and very quiet we sat on the balcony in the mornings and could only hear the wind the crickets and the birds. Be aware though that you need a good hire car / ATV to get here although we did see the occasional taxi passing. The road up is concrete and very steep. The outside of the property flows well with a small round jacuzzi and a pool sunbeds, dinning tables, seats, hammock and sling seat. I did see children's swing, etc. The pine trees around the property shade it well but you can sit in the sun if desired. I must say a special thank you to Anna the maid she was brilliant

A lovely rustic old fashioned, but well equipped third floor apartment in a residential area. Looked as shown in photos. Fantastic views from balcony with afternoon sun to sit and enjoy. Clean and tidy with a lovely welcome pack. Really easy to check in, above the family bakery shop - so any problems, someone close by on hand. On the outskirts of town, 15 minutes walk to No 4 bus stop, supermarket and fruit shop. Mini Mart 2 mins away, Skiathos town and old port 5 mins away. A bit of a walk up hill to return so you need to have a degree of fitness, plus it is up two flights of stairs. But then if it wasn't you wouldn't get the views. We will definitely be returning.

Nice, cute and clean accomodation with an excellent location. It is about 5-10 min to walk into the city centre and 2 min to the next bus stop from where you can reach most parts of the island. If you want a superb view over the ocean or something like that you have to go somewhere else, but for a short stay to explore the island it is perfect.

Wir hatten wunderschöne, erholsame 14 Tage. Die ruhige Lage ist perfekt zum Entspannen und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein Quad ist sehr zu empfehlen. Lisa und Martin sind sehr fürsorglich und liebenswert! Wer gern Trubel mag, ist fehl am Platz. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alexandros war super freundlich, immer gut erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Terrasse und in der Nebensaison ist es hier herrlich ruhig. Gerne wieder!

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

התארחנו בדירה המקסימה של מרתה למשך שישה לילות. הכל היה מצוין: המארחת המקסימה הכינה לנו את החדר עם הפתעת יום הולדת מיוחדת שריגשה אותנו מאוד, הייתה זמינה לכל בקשה שלנו, דאגה לניקיון באמצע השהות. החדר מאוד מואר ונקי, המיטה מפנקת. יש שתי מרפסות מרווחות , שכיף מאוד לשהות בהן. המיקום גם מאוד נוח - מרכזי ויחד עם זאת די שקט. קרוב למינימרקט ומאפיה. ממליצים באמת מכל הלב! נשמח מאוד לחזור!

Appartamento a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro ma in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Pulito e comodo per due persone, Martha è sempre stata disponibile alle ns. richieste.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat. All the family were very kind to us and explained all the best spots and restaurants around. We loved the easy access to the Fakrista beach. Every morning, we woke up with a stunning view of the sea and then went to the beach in 5 minutes by car for an early swim. If you’re looking for a hidden gem to stay in the Pelion Region, book this flat, and you will have a lovely time in nature.

The host provided a lot of information before we arrived at the place - how to get there and what are the best places to visit around the area. He was always helpful and quick to respond. Check-in was automatic and flexible. The place was really clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a ton of little things like an umbrella, board games, coffee filters, candles. Those small details really elevated the place for us. Bed and shower are on the small side, so might be a bit tight if you are a bigger person. Location is great, 5 minute walk to all the best taverns, pubs, shops in the area. It was also very peaceful.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, καθαρό σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Η κυρία Αθανασία παρά πολύ ευγενική και φιλόξενη, πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστείς. Θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά σίγουρα και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ήταν όλα άψογα, καθαρά και περιποιημένα.

Great, private and peaceful place, awesome sunrises for the early risers. Very close to Volos and other nearby towns with lots of restaurants right on the beaches. You'll definitely get your steps in going to the Rooftop but it's in the name, so be prepared! We enjoyed the extra steps. Our only complaint was the hot tub not getting as hot as we would like. However, we enjoyed lots of activities, I actually proposed right across the street at a very nice beach-front restaurant, and we had some great relaxation out on the private patio. Would stay here again!

Un excellent séjour dans une magnifique villa . Une grande piscine qui permet de nager et des prestations hors du commun et de très haut niveau. Alfonso et son équipe sont disponibles et extrêmement attentionnés. Nous recommandons vivement !
