When you stay at Cabin #13, located in row one, you will be close to everything, including additional parking in the back. This Cabin comfortably sleeps 10 people with 2 bedrooms, a loft, 2 baths, an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a finished garage area for socializing. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio while playing lawn games. Six daily passes, lake Okoboji access, outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, an indoor waterpark, a gym, an arcade, and on-site dining.

This cabin is located on the south east side of Spirit Lake. A short walk to the spill way, boat ramp and park! A private dock and a swimmable beach is the perfect place to enjoy swimming, fishing and floating. Enjoy all the amenities of home including central air, full size washer and dryer, Blackstone grill, wifi and flat screen tv.

This centrally located cabin is the perfect getaway for couples, family or friends. It is within easy walking distance to the amusement park, free concerts, restaurants, bars, etc. Adjacent to the cabin's fenced backyard is the city park with playground, basketball, picklball courts, shelter house and docks for fishing or launching the kayaks. Located directly on the bike trail, and just blocks to the nearest boat ramp. Includes use of 4 bikes, 2 kayaks and 1 canoe.

Ideally located a short walk from Lower Gar Lake and minutes from Arnolds Park Amusement Park, Preservation Plaza and the Great Lakes Trail. Beautiful rural acreage with private "bunkhouse" located minutes from the Okoboji Iowa Great Lakes, Historic Spencer, and the Clay County Fair, the world's greatest county fair. There is plenty of parking for your boat with a public boat ramp just 1/2 mile away.

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.
