Milford, nice place to be!

My home is ideally suited for a family with school age children, tourists, relocations. Soak up the wonderful spaces of this central and sunny character home. Private gardens, granite kitchen, great linen, airconditioning, just 5 minutes walk to shopping centre & lake, 10 minutes to the beach. Note that the house & grounds are for the private use of booked guests only & not suitable for infants, animals or events. The spa pool may or may not be working. We do our best!

A separate cottage, on a back section surrounded by trees and bird song. Off street parking for one car. Recently fully refurbished to a high standard. Outdoor dining area with barbque. Off street parking for one car. 5 minutes by car, a 20 minute walk or a quick bus ride into Devonport where you can catch the ferry into the city. A five minute walk to Stanley Bay beach or even less to a public park. A slice of paradise away from the maddening crowds.

Welcome to Milford Auckland, only 12 mins drive to CBD, Walking distance to Westlake schools, close to Takapuna beaches, with cafes, supermarket, malls nearby. The stunning home with a pool, spa，billiards，table tennis and large outdoor entertaining areas, it is a perfect place to create fabulous holiday memories. This property is definitely not suitable for late night drinking parties after 10pm. Daytime and early evening events is ok.
