I cannot speak highly enough of Villa Maura. Myself and my family, six of us in total had a fantastic stay here. Extremely comfortable, a perfect size to accommodate all of us, good sized bathrooms all with walk in showers. Good facilities throughout and wonderfully clean and tidy. Paul was fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful and informative. We didn't have any issues or problems, but if we did I'm sure they would have been attended to promptly. The pool is a good size and in a great location to make the most of the view. The sun loungers are very comfortable which is always an added bonus. Even though the pictures look stunning, I promise that the view is even better in person - Trust me! Absolutely breath taking waking up to that each morning. A car is essential (although you can get taxis from Nydri if you look into it) but it's only a 10mins drive down to the town. We will most definitely be returning here 100% - Wonderful holiday at a wonderful villa.

Property and landlords are everything a renter would wish for. For the record, I live abroad, but I used to be a local and I know the area quite well. Katerina was very helpful well before we show up to the villa. Excellent communication, quick response in questions, full details provided, and she was very proactive in general. Her attitude and approach was very professional! We also had a baby with us and she prepared everything a baby needs! The property is exactly as expected by looking the pictures. It is located a few miles away from the sea, up the mountainside, with amazing view, amongst Olive trees. What you see and surrounds you is a true Greek countryside! The location is also as good as it gets if you want to travel around the entire island. The pool was great, there is always shade somewhere to hide from the hot sun, And it is very spacious. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Really nice place. Peacefull and intimate, with a spectacular view . We enjoyed it so much , and surelly will be an option when we'll be back on this beautifull island. Highly recommend it.

We loved the house and the wonderful almost private beach. It’s perfect if you have kids or a dog due to that it is well fenced in and with good privacy. The interior of the house is super cosy and beautiful. Lefkada is a wonderful island with many nice beaches, one of them 2 minutes from the house. We especially valued the early morning swims overlooking the marvellous view of the mainland. Antonella and her place is fantastic and we can really recommend it.

Upon arrival at villa Maria, it was already like a warm bath: a proud and very friendly owner who waited for us, the full fridge and extras like local honey and wine. And then the beautiful decor, more spacious than expected, and as a cherry on the cake the beautiful view from the large terrace and the lovely swimming pool. We really enjoyed the house, its quiet area with plenty of privacy. The cozy Vathy is a few minutes drive away. Many thanks to Dora and her husband as perfect hosts.

Loved the location, especially the large balcony we spent hours in the afternoon watching the water and the yachts. Also beautiful sunrises from the balcony and worth getting up in the night to marvel at the stars in the night sky. 2 minutes walk to K1 beach. Great swimming spot. 2 of the bedrooms have air con which is great for siesta time. We also booked the newly furnished apartment outside which was a great addition. It also has air con. Great restaurants in Ithaki, in Exogi 'Extra Terrestrial' this one has a killer view, in Stavros 'Delicious' real Greek food and in Vathy 'La Familia' this one has great seafood and of course the ice cream parlour in Frikes. also the local bakery in Stavros is worth visiting for bread and baklava. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely villa with beautiful views in stunning Ithaca

Amazing place! Everything about the villa was exactly as described and shown in the photos which all contributed to a wonderful family holiday. The villa is equipped with everything you might need and the views are absolutely beautiful especially the sunsets. Communication with Panos was excellent and all the food essentials that were left for our arrival were greatly appreciated. All the reviews are 5 star which proves it is a great place to stay. We would certainly love to return!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa! The views were nothing short of breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for our getaway. Communication with the host was seamless; they were clear and responsive, making check-in and our entire stay effortless. A highlight for us was when my partner developed a severe headache and, unfortunately, we had forgotten to pack any medicine. To our relief, the villa came equipped with a medical kit that included paracetamol. This thoughtful touch truly saved the day and showcased the host's attention to detail. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return again and bring our friends and family to enjoy the breathtaking view

The villa is utterly fantastic. A beautiful home with plenty of space for our party of six. The home was well stocked with amenities, such as towels and loo roll. We loved our stay.

Beautiful and well appointed villa. Stunning views, photos don’t do it justice. Kitchen well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Welcome basket on arrival. Enjoyed having a regular cleaning service. Pool beautifully clean and exceptional poolside furniture. 10 minutes drive from the bay and it’s shops and restaurants. Erez was a superb host. Exceptionally responsive. small issue with the water on occasion, which was quickly rectified. Only other issue was the road up to the villa is steep and would recommend a sturdy car.

A cracking Villa that was just what we were looking for. The view was incredible and it is an easy drive into the little local town. Could do with a few more glasses but that's a minor point.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful peaceful secluded setting..walking distance to the nearby village of Magganis. Good restaurants. Not too expensive. Sheep bells in the valley below. Sunsets over the sea. The pool was chill in April but we all got in, lovely clean and well maintained. Very well looked after grounds with lovely plants and trees (olives, almonds, orange and lemons). Great fake grass lawn for football/games. Supermarket in village (expensive local supermarkets....recommend big shop in Lidl Argostoll for essentials if self catering). Beautiful beaches nearby. Our favourites Emplisi and Atelies in north and Antisamos east. Myrtos and Petani impressive. Bays around the Fiskardo lighthouse lovely for a cheeky dip.

Our time at the villa was very nice. The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and had nice amenities. Agios Thomas is a quiet town, with great beaches within a 45 min drive. During our stay, we had an issue with plumbing, but Tonia and the Sezian team were responsive and helped us with the issue. Over all, we had a very nice stay.

Excellent stay, host was great help. The place is beautiful. Restaurants within short walk and Vathy 20 minute walk away.

There are no words to describe this place! It feels like a dream. A fully equipped modern villa, nestled between the mountains, is all you need. The beautifully aligned outdoor space and the landscape tranquility feels literally surreal. Panos is more than a superhost, really attentive and kind! our communication was excellent! The villa is in a stunning location, with gorgeous views over the sea. The sunset views from the patio are especially amazing. The layout of the villa suited us perfectly, we just used downstairs and didn’t need to use the top floor. There are several tavernas and supermarkets within walking distance, and it’s only a few minutes by car into Fiskardo. The WiFi is a bit poor in places, but that didn’t really bother us as it was nice to relax without it. We definitely recommend this villa and would love to return sometime in the future.

The perfect villa, spacious, spotlessly clean, beautiful gardens and stunning sunsets. It was well equipped with a good size pool our children loved. Lots of shady spots to relax and enjoy the view from when it got too hot to sit in the sun. Our host was very friendly with fast responses and we were made to feel very welcome at the villa as well. We really enjoyed our time here! The house was perfect — even more spacious than it looked in the photos, fully equipped with everything we needed, and with a warm, personal atmosphere that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Cedric was a great host and very welcoming. The location is quiet and relaxing, with walking trails nearby and a small shop within walking distance for fresh bread in the morning. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday!
