With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

The toilet is located in the courtyard. It has outdoor dining areas in the 3 courtyards that surround it with stunning views and a beautiful garden.

The house is a maisonette and it is comprised of three levels: 1. Ground floor with a living room, a kitchen and a toilet. 2. First floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. 3. Basement with a very big room and a big bathroom. There is a big porch in front of the house at the level of the ground floor, a small balcony at the back side of the house and a second balcony at the first floor of the bedroom.

Our apartment is located 200 meters from Skoura beach and from the port of Platania. It is a beautiful and clean place that overlooks the main alley that ends at the beach and the stream. It's surrounded by plane trees and that makes it especially cool in the summer. The space includes air conditioning, wifi , heating and a fireplace. There is a grill available on the patio, which you are free to use.

In the traditional village of Makrinitsa, going uphill and walking 200m of paved road, you will find yourself in the fountain of Tsoni.
