FLOS is located on the ground floor and consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open space with an island kitchen and a living area. Castello Carafa is located in Ferrazzano, a charming medieval stone village about 900 m. above sea level, just 5 km from Campobasso. The location is located inside the Aragonese baronial castle. The living room is elegant and prestigious, in the tower there is the library. It offers two spacious and bright rooms with original and stylishly decorated terracotta floors. It has two bathrooms, one of which is private. The structure is completed by a large dining room with a fully equipped kitchenette.

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.
