Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

The location of the house is fantastic. Very close to the beach, and right across the street from a supermarket and two restaurants. We rented a car, but ended up walking most places. There are great beach toys and inflatables in the garage that we were able to use, my kid was very happy. This was our first visit to Mallorca and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

Great place to stay. Big and a lovely garden area. Can easily walk to restaurants etc. beach right across the road (stone beach) but a sand beach a few 100m up the road with nice kids playgrounds etc too. Seems to be a cycling Mecca with lots and lots of riders coming past the house along the beach road - was quite fun people watching. Would happily recommend this place to others :)

José was always very kind and was very attentive to what we needed. The apartment is in a quiet area but with a lot to do nearby, I would definitely book again with José!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

This villa is absolutely impressive. The complex sprawls along the corner of a cove in Cala d’Or. Special nooks and grottos abound along with the lovely coos of mourning doves and other creatures. The inside is loaded with interest pieces of art and decorations. Bedrooms are comfy. Plunge into the sea when ready and after a swim or trip to the nearby beach climb back easily to the property. Picture worthy backgrounds are all around. Although the villa does not have AC, we managed to stay cool with the pleasant weather in late May and early June. There are so many windows that, with a bit of thought, one can keep things comfortable. Know that the property is buggy - especially by the rocks - but spray worked well. Rachel is a terrific host who offers some fun extras. For us, this included home delivery of delicious paella and a seafood pasta dish. All served up at an outside dinner table with spectacular views of the sea. We became one with this place and will never forget it.

This place is just beautiful! The sea view from the balcony or rooftop terrace is breathtaking! The apartment is in the heart of the village and both on the beach. That's really great:-) There is a stockroom with many beach games, umbrellas, 2 good quality inflatable paddles and several bikes. In addition, the host provided beach throws. They've thought of everything! There are two small groceries/walking in the village. So it's possible to find everything for cooking, but a detour to the nearby Antrax village is definitely worth it for more choices and better prices. (Euroski market).

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

Wow!!! What a holiday!! We absolutely loved the apartment. What a special place. We will without a shadow of a doubt be returning. Everything from the warm welcome to the apartment, the view, the local area- all perfection! We are a family of four and we simply had the very best time. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your truly spectacular apartment! We can not wait to go again!

We very much enjoyed our stay, everything was within walking distance & it was easy to park right outside. The photos are a good reflection of the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk, lots of choice & quality to price was good, with warm, friendly service from everywhere that we visited. Most of the apartment has been recently refurbished, just the living area is a bit tired & not in keeping with the rest of the spaces. Having 2 bathrooms was great for a couples break, they both had good showers. The aircon worked well, beds were new, beach towels were supplied. Outside was very spacious with table, parasol & BBQ, some lounge furniture or beach chairs would make it more comfortable.

Nice house in great location. The terrace is a dream. The bay and beach are within walking distance, which is a huge advantage for families. There is even a sub, air mattresses and swimming accessories in the garage. Everything your heart desires. We felt comfortable right away and would have liked to stay longer.

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. The washing machine and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the bed linen and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to everyone and would be happy to come back.

Wonderful stay! The host was very responsive. Beautiful view and great accommodations. It was nice to walk to the various restaurants. Close to the airport and easy to find parking.

We felt right at home. Having breakfast on the beautiful balcony in the morning was one of our highlights! Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can easily cater for yourself. Existing beach umbrellas were also helpful. The location is great. A supermarket, a bakery, restaurants and the beach are just a few metres away. Diving school accessible. The residential complex is very nicely laid out, well maintained and quiet. We have now been to Iris' place for the second time and had another great holiday!

An all-round beautiful place to stay near the beach and with some restaurants close by. Highly recommended!

We spontaneously spent a week in Antonia's and Sebastian's accommodation and we had a very good time. You have a great view of the sea from the apartment, both from the downstairs and the Above. The apartment has all the amenities and is superbly located. 35 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Ses Salines, 20 minutes from Cala Llombards / Santanyí. There are also some very nice beaches right by the apartment. Antonia and Sebastian gave us very nice and beautiful tips. We will be happy to come back. The two were very warm hosts and we wish them all the best.
