Extrem sauber uns sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber schön und gut eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll! Leider waren bei unserem Aufenthalt die Nachbarn in der benachbarten Doppelhaushälfte abends und nachts ein wenig laut... Aber dafür kann der Host (Antonia) nichts. Sie ist extrem hilfreich und antwortet unglaublich schnell! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Der Check-in war einfach und flexibel – besser geht’s nicht. Schon vor der Anreise haben wir umfangreiche Infos bekommen, was uns die Planung sehr erleichtert hat. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top – ruhig (trotz Straße vor dem Haus), aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, um die Gegend flexibel erkunden zu können. Als radsportbegeistertes Paar war die Unterkunft für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele tolle Touren. Die Region bietet fantastische Strecken, und wir haben jede Menge unternommen. Auch kulinarisch waren wir begeistert – in der Nähe gibt es mehrere ausgezeichnete Restaurants. Alles in allem ein stimmiger Aufenthalt, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Vielen Dank!

josé siempre fue muy amable y estuvo muy atento para lo que necesitáramos. el apartamento esta en una zona tranquila pero con mucho que hacer cerca, definitivamente volvería a reservar con josé!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

This villa is absolutely impressive. The complex sprawls along the corner of a cove in Cala d’Or. Special nooks and grottos abound along with the lovely coos of mourning doves and other creatures. The inside is loaded with interest pieces of art and decorations. Bedrooms are comfy. Plunge into the sea when ready and after a swim or trip to the nearby beach climb back easily to the property. Picture worthy backgrounds are all around. Although the villa does not have AC, we managed to stay cool with the pleasant weather in late May and early June. There are so many windows that, with a bit of thought, one can keep things comfortable. Know that the property is buggy - especially by the rocks - but spray worked well. Rachel is a terrific host who offers some fun extras. For us, this included home delivery of delicious paella and a seafood pasta dish. All served up at an outside dinner table with spectacular views of the sea. We became one with this place and will never forget it.

Cet endroit est tout simplement magnifique! La vue sur la mer à partir du balcon ou de la terrace sur le toit est à couper le souffle! L’appartement est au cœur du village et à la fois sur la plage. C’est vraiment génial :-) Il y a un stockroom avec de nombreux jeux de plages, des parasols, 2 paddles gonflables de bonne qualité et plusieurs vélos. De plus l’hôte fourni des jetés de plage. Ils ont pensé à tout! Il y a deux petites épicerie/marcher au village. Il est donc possible d’y trouver tout pour cuisiner, mais un détour au village voisin Antrax vaut vraiment le coup pour plus de choix et de meilleurs prix. (marché Euroski).

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

Die Unterkunft war traumhaft und hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Ausstattung (beheizter Pool, ausreichend Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten, Billiardtisch, Tischtennistisch, Fahrräder etc.). Margalida war immer erreichbar und hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Wir bekamen als Willkommensgeschenk einen Obstteller, Wein und ein typisches spanischen Dessert. Wir konnten sogar am letzten Tag noch die Fahrräder nutzen und nach Palma fahren, da der Flug erst am Abend ging. Vielen lieben Dank für die besondere Zeit und den freundlichen Empfang. Une belle surprise pour nous car nous avons trouvé la maison plus belle et plus grande qu'en photo : spacieuse, élégante, avec une touche de modernité et une décoration soignée. Que dire de la piscine qui est juste parfaite ! Beaucoup d'équipement de cuisine disponible, pour l'intérieur comme pour les barbecues. Nombreux produits d'accueils, de première nécessité et d'articles de toilette disponibles, serviettes pour la piscine ou encore parasols de plage. Toute la maison est climatisée mais nous n'avons utilisé que celles des chambres la nuit pour dormir et cela fonctionnait très bien. Communication très fluide avec l'agence sur place. La situation sur l'île est également appréciable, à 45 minutes de palma, et à quelques pas des célèbres Cala (Del Moro, Llombards, Mondrago ...) La maison est à mi-chemin entre le centre ville animé de Santanyi et la Cala .. mais ou que vous souhaitiez aller, voiture obligatoire ! (stationnement assez facile sur l'île). Wow!!! What a holiday!! We absolutely loved the apartment. What a special place. We will without a shadow of a doubt be returning. Everything from the warm welcome to the apartment, the view, the local area- all perfection! We are a family of four and we simply had the very best time. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your truly spectacular apartment! We can not wait to go again!

We very much enjoyed our stay, everything was within walking distance & it was easy to park right outside. The photos are a good reflection of the apartment. There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk, lots of choice & quality to price was good, with warm, friendly service from everywhere that we visited. Most of the apartment has been recently refurbished, just the living area is a bit tired & not in keeping with the rest of the spaces. Having 2 bathrooms was great for a couples break, they both had good showers. The aircon worked well, beds were new, beach towels were supplied. Outside was very spacious with table, parasol & BBQ, some lounge furniture or beach chairs would make it more comfortable.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Bucht und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar und somit ein riesiger Vorteil mit der Familie. Es gibt sogar ein Sub, Luftmatratzen und Schwimmzubehör in der Garage. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt und wären gern länger geblieben.

The views from this house were absolutely stunning. It had everything we needed for a family of 6 and was even more beautiful than the photos suggested. We hope to be back very soon. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr sauberen Apartment. Der Panoramablick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind wunderbar und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der frische Duft der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein traumhaft schönes Appartement direkt mit Blick auf den Strand. Unten drunter kann man direkt essen, in der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht von Surf-Shop über Bike Shops, Cocktails, Essen, eine. Kleinen Supermarkt. Und natürlich den Strand! Simona und Ana sind super nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Morgens auf dem schönen Balkon zu frühstücken, war eines unserer Highlights! Dank der umfangreich ausgestatteten Küche kann man sich sehr gut selbst versorgen. Hilfreich waren auch vorhandene Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Die Lage ist super. In nur wenigen Metern ist ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, Restaurants und der Strand inkl. Tauchschule erreichbar. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr schön angelegt, gepflegt und ruhig. Wir waren nun schon das 2. Mal bei Iris und hatten wieder einen tollen Urlaub!

Eine rundum schöne Unterkunft in Strandnähe und mit einigen Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben spontan eine Woche in Antonia’s und Sebastian‘s Unterkunft verbracht und wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Man hat von der Wohnung einen tollen Blick aufs Meer, sowohl von dem unten als auch dem Oben. Die Wohnung hat alle Annehmlichkeiten und ist super gelegen. 35 Minuten vom Flughafen, 10 Minuten von Ses Salines, 20 Minuten von Cala Llombards / Santanyí. Es gibt auch einige sehr nette Strände direkt an der Wohnung. Antonia und Sebastian haben uns sehr nette und schöne Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Die beiden waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber und wir wünschen ihnen weiterhin alles gute.
