The studio apartment is well located (opposite a park, near the lake and close to many international organizations) and offers a great view of the park, the lake and the Alps. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for leisure, work or study (fast wireless and work table). The apartment is ideally suited for business travelers, diplomats and civil servants working for the UN but is also well suited for students or travelers wishing to spend a comfortable and carefree stay in Geneva.

No smoking. Equipped with a single bed. Cozy independent studio for 1 person (18 m2 with kitchenette, shower room, wifi) in the city center, located in our garden. You will be lulled by the sound of the stream that flows along the studio. I specify that there is no TV. WE LIVE ON SITE, SO NO PARTIES and bringing strangers in for the night. Our Studio of 25sqm is in a great location, walking distance to Ferney Poterie bus stop (60, 61 and 66) with direct access to the Geneva airport (10min.), Geneva center (Cornavin, 30min), the ILO, WHO and UN (20min). 10 min drive to CERN, the lake and the Versoix forest. Supermarkets and cinemas in front of the residence. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, oven, microwave, bed (140x200), bathtub, washing machine (drying machine at the residence). A common garden is also available.

High-altitude family home surrounded by nature

Our house is located in the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park at an altitude of 1000 m. Former 19th century farmhouse, it was successively a summer camp, a gîte and then a family home. We renovated it with quality natural materials. The 230 m2 house is intended for lovers of old stones but also Art and Design in search of a comfortable haven of peace to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature, 1 hour from Geneva and 1 hour 45 minutes from Lyon.

The apartment has just been renovated and refurbished, it consists of a bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 (bedding changed in 2025) a bathroom with bathtub, a living room/kitchen with views of nature and the lake. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. Basic products are available so you don't have to run to the store or clutter your suitcases. You have the option to park at the house upon your arrival and park 1 min walk away

Charming guesthouse with a beautiful view on Lake Geneva, 20 minutes from the village of Yvoire, Geneva and 30 minutes from the first ski resorts. Nestled in the back of a cul-de-sac, in a residential and rural area, it enjoys a very quiet environment. Located in Loisin, France, a car is essential to come to the accommodation, and shine in the region. Note: No TV, heating limited to 21°C. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

The studio has a bathroom, a fitted kitchen, a cozy seating area with its pellet stove and a nice space for your meals. On sunny days you can enjoy the private balcony. The apartment offers a magnificent view of Lake Geneva and the Alps. Possibility to visit the estate.
