The cottages surrounded by nature were planned in accordance with the Tiny House idea - a small but very functional space - conducive to closeness. Each cottage has a panoramic window overlooking the mountains instead of a TV, and outside there are 2 terraces and a jacuzzi - from where you can admire the landscapes, sunsets and stars.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Welcome to a comfortable, new 5-person cottage with a sauna (additional fee of 250 PLN per session). The property is located in the picturesque area of the Rudawy Landscape Park, not far from the colorful lakes. A very quiet neighborhood, you have an exclusive cottage located on a very large plot of 0.5 ha. There is a place for a bonfire and chillout on hammocks. We present to you the Krzysztof Bochus Apartment. The interior is incredibly bright and tastefully decorated, with attention to every detail. It delights with its design and beautiful view of Chojnik Castle and Śnieżne Kotły. We also offer you books by a respected author who wrote a dark crime series set in the fascinating 1930s, in German Pomerania, with attorney Christian Abel in the lead role.
