Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Our 3 holiday mountain lodges are directly located in the giant mountains of poland - in the middle of 2 ski areas Szklarska Poreba & Karpacz. Perfect for hiking, wintersports & nature fans. For that our lodges are perfect prepared with ski wardrobe, shoe dryer, infrared Sauna, hottub, Terrace & private parking space. Closed to us is a very famous waterfall where it is alloud to go swimming. The interior is a very cosy unique design with all modern features - WIFI, smart TV, modern kitchen, ...

Willow creek is a wooden house, located in the charming and delightful village Mniszków in Rudawy Janowickie Landscape Park. It is a new building located next to a forest, pond and a mountain stream, away from the city noise, tourists and hotels. This location guarantees peaceful and quiet holiday. It is an ideal place for people looking for peacefulness and wonderful views. The cottage is ideal for sweet lazing and as a starting point to explore upper regions of mountains, hiking up the hills.

In the heart of the Rudawy Landscape Park, near the Colorful Lakes, there are "dream houses" - created with passion and love - designed and built by ourselves. The cottages surrounded by nature were planned in accordance with the Tiny House idea - a small but very functional space - conducive to closeness. Each cottage has a panoramic window overlooking the mountains instead of a TV, and outside there are 2 terraces and a jacuzzi - from where you can admire the landscapes, sunsets and stars.

High Grass of Gruszków

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Zen Meadow: Apartment 1

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

Loft Point are three year-round fully equipped comfortable cottages with jacuzzi on the terraces designed for the most demanding customers. Each cottage has a jacuzzi exclusively on the terrace. Beautiful views of forests, meadows and mountains. Located on a large fenced plot, with private parking and monitoring for the safety of our Guests. Loft Point is a year-round holiday destination. Heated in winter, air-conditioned in summer.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
