wow, it is hard to find a place to take date night getaway or a great place to stay while your on business. Look no further our little house is incredible. I work out of town a lot and would love a place like this to stay at. Answer emails and have enough room to spread out and enjoy time with my lady after work. Or even just to vacation at. Clean great internet and close to downtown very unique. All carpet is new. We will add more unique things and suggestions will be looked into. No smoking

We had a great stay at James' place! Although we encountered a few bumps at the start, James went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. His hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. The house itself looked remarkable, with what appeared to be brand new carpet and fresh paint. The huge TV in the living room was perfect for relaxing after long days of meetings. We also noticed the outdoor patio, complete with a pool, smoker, and grill—ideal for families looking to unwind and create memories. Although we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor area this time, we can easily see how it would be a wonderful feature for future guests. The neighborhood was another highlight for us; it provided a great setting for our morning walks, which was a big bonus. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend James’ place to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay. Thank you, James for your exceptional service and hospitality.

The students members of the Wichita State Rocket club attending the IREC 2025 competition chose to stay at this place due to its location and size (to fit 10 members). Vanessa was very proactive and gave clear instructions beginning a few days before the students arrived. We will in all likelihood use the same place when our students visit Midland for IREC 2026. Thank you Vanessa for being a wonderful host.

We were fortunate to have all new coffee cups, a new coffee maker, and new pots and pans for our stay. Covered parking was available within 30 seconds from the stairway to the condo. Our entry keypad lock started to beep on the third day and Lillian responded within ten minutes to change the battery. A/C worked fine. The back patio faces the courtyard so the noise was minimal. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Lillian. This is our second or third rental with you at this complex.
