Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Middle Franconia

It is a beautiful apartment, cozy and lots of space. Anything you need is present. The apartment is separate from the hotel where the manager lives? Restaurants and shops nearby. Good base for trips in the region.

Peter and Monika were very warm hosts. The communication was very easy and at check-in the apartment (for long-term rent) was well explained to me. The apartment was clean and had everything your heart desires. Parking is available in front of the house. The area was great for me personally, in a rural location and totally quiet. A farmer's market is within walking distance, cafes and supermarkets by car. I would come back anytime. Thank you very much.

I was a guest of Andreas and his wife for a total of 9 nights. The apartment was optimal for me - the bed was also super comfortable. I only overlooked the fact that there is no TV - but it was not a problem for me at all :) I 100% recommend this place!

We felt welcome right from the beginning. A large apartment was available to us with everything you need. And our hosts were always friendly and always available. An absolute recommendation for a short or longer trip to Nuremberg.

We were at the Hexenhäuschen over the Pentecost weekend. The house is very lovingly renovated and furnished. We immediately felt at home. Thanks to the tranquility and beautiful surroundings, we have recovered wonderfully. We will be happy to come back!

an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment, the best one we've ever stayed at :) it was perfect. impeccably clean, fresh smelling bedding and towels. comfortable bed. lovely furniture, modern barn style house with absolutely everything we needed. stunning little garden area surrounded by beautiful views and birds singing. honestly I can't say enough good things about this beautiful place. if I could pick it up and take it with me for the rest of my travels I surely would. We had a very nice short break with 4 adults in an interesting area! Hikes, for example, to the Walberla and excursions to the surrounding area are quite possible from Pinzberg. The best way to get to the starting points is by car. The Bergkirchweih and the city centre of Erlangen can be reached quickly and easily from Forchheim by public transport (cheap with the Deutschlandticket, a single ticket is quite expensive for the short journey). Bamberg and Nuremberg are also well worth a visit. The apartment is spacious, beautiful and tastefully furnished with lots of natural wood furniture. A nice change is Gustav the gander, who lives in the fenced garden area and greets the guests and is vigilant. Ariane and Roman are a very friendly, open-minded and helpful landlord couple as you would like. There is a good restaurant in the village and in the surrounding villages you will find plenty of good beer gardens!

We really enjoyed it! The apartment is well equipped and great for relaxing as a family after a day full of excursions :) The hostess was very very nice and always gladly helped us and responded quickly! Glad to come back!

We had a magical weekend with the family and felt completely comfortable! The kitchen is better equipped than some private households, we lacked absolutely nothing at all. We especially want to highlight the amenities for the children and the place to eat together. All communication was straightforward and accommodating! We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was just as described: modern, very clean and well equipped. The location is quiet and ideal for families as the Playmobil Funpark is nearby. Only the search for parking can take some time or end in a short walk:) The landlady was very friendly, helpful and available at any time. We felt completely comfortable - clear recommendation!

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

Elena's home was lovely and we enjoyed our stay in Ansbach very much! We would have just a few suggestions to improve the visit for your guests: 1. It would be nice to have a Guest book that might include things like: local restaurants, places to visit, things to do in the area, local gas staions, etc. 2. A simple list of checking-out prpcedures would be helpful, like where to put the dirty linens and towels, garbage disposal, should dirty dishes be washed or placed in the dishwasher, turn off refriferator, etc. 3. Some simple instruction in English on how to operate the appliances: stove/oven, washer/dryer, etc. 4. A Guest Registry so you can see who has stayed in the home and some of their immediate comments about their stay.

We spent a lovely few days in Ruth Verb's apartment. The occasion was a visit to Playmobil Park, which is just around the corner. But there are also numerous other ways to have fun as a family: adventure pool in the rain, a beautiful forest playground just around the corner, zoo in Nuremberg ... A rainy day in the apartment can also be endured very well. It is all as indicated in the pictures- large, spacious, nicely decorated, Ruth responds quickly and kindly and even helped us as quickly as possible when we forgot our phone in the apartment on departure. We'll be back!
