Beautiful surrounds and Barossa views, very clean and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable beds and linen. Appreciated the pantry and especially the tea selection and coffee provided, and the lovely wine. Enjoyed a fabulous family sojourn and highly recommend this relaxing location so close to many wineries. Would definitely return!

Lake Carlet's Premium Location on the Murray River

Highly recommend this place! We stayed 3 nights with our dog and we all loved it. Sean and David were both great to deal with and Sean was very forgiving of an accidentally broken glass on our last morning. The space is well equipped and the downstairs area was a huge bonus with the additional full bathroom and mini kitchen. Didn't use the washer and dryer but had we stayed longer, it would have been great to have access to. Thanks for having us 🙏

HISTORIC BAROSSA - 1890s 2 STOREY HAYLOFT

ZoeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My husband and I enjoyed a lovely Easter weekend at The Hayloft, with our pup, Merlot. The accommodation was wonderful, and the beautiful garden was explored thoroughly by Merlot (she gives it 5 stars!) It was a wonderful weekend, and we loved that the neighbouring "Stables " accommodation had some friendly guests who we enjoyed wine and nibbles with on our first night, and our dogs could play happily in the enclosed yard. Our accommodation was super comfortable and had everything we needed. the local General Store was convenient for anything you needed. Mark and Fiona were extremely helpful in ensuring we had all local information, especially around things that may be closed on the Easter weekend. Definitely recommend and loved our stay. Thank you

Barossa Bungalow- vineyard view, pet friendly

Wonderful little place. So stunning to wake up and see the sunrise over the neighbouring vineyard. Conveniently located not too far out of town making it great for grabbing a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants in Tanunda. Lucia was a wonderful host, very communicative.

1858 Barossa Accommodation entire farmhouse.

We had a wonderful experience at Melissa Jane’s place. A beautiful farmhouse with lots of attention to detail; very comfortable and welcoming. There were unique, quality furnishings with historical references in every room. The kitchen had excellent appliances and had everything needed to cook beautiful meals. The grounds surrounding the farmhouse were beautifully kept and we enjoyed sitting outside in the comfortable outdoor settings to have our lunch in the beautiful garden. In the evening, the fire pit was a hit with everyone. A real sense of history could be felt both inside and outside the farmhouse. Melissa Jane was very friendly, attentive and communicated well. She made us feel very welcome and my family commented that the house had a real feeling of home. I would definitely like to stay there again.

'Sangria'

A wonderful, relaxing stay in a beautiful location. Loved the views and light-filled, open-plan living area. Plenty of room for our party of eight to spread out and enjoy the peaceful, scenic surrounds. Thoughtful touches, such as Easter chocolate and wine on our arrival, and generous breakfast supplies provided. Beverley was extremely helpful and responded to all our enquiries swiftly. Highly recommend this beautiful home - we’d love to come back! Thank you, Beverley!
