Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mid-Beach, Miami Beach

This was, by far, one of the best trips I’ve ever been on. It was my first time using Airbnb, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect—but I was blown away. I found a beautiful apartment in the heart of downtown Miami and immediately fell in love. The host was incredibly responsive and even checked in to see if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. The property staff were respectful and professional, helping us with our luggage and assisting with several of our needs. If you’re looking for an amazing experience at a great price—this is the one. Parking was simple, and the building was easy to navigate. The apartment was exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing. There’s so much to do within walking distance, and we were only a 15-minute drive from both South Beach and Brickell. I was very excited for this trip, and I’m so pleased that we had absolutely zero issues with the booking, the host, the staff, or the check-in process. I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Incredible view. That’s for sure. I was in Miami on a short work trip and just leaving that balcony view during the day was hard enough. Checking out was even harder. Excellent overall. Very affordable for what you get. Super clean. Very secure building. Loads of food to walk to and just walking around with the flow of foot traffic in the afternoon/evening was awesome.

Amazing place to stay

Roman is such a great host—very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out times, and incredibly helpful! The place is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it’s very clean and beautiful.

Had a great stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was available — from a comfortable bed to a fully equipped kitchen. The host was friendly, responsive, and helpful with any questions. The location was also very convenient, close to shops, cafes, and public transport. Definitely recommend!

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. Great location and easy access. Parking is a significant plus as well as the beach chairs on the beach. Thanks again to Delphine for all her clarifications, we'll be back!

The perfect location! Espanola way to the right, Lincoln Road to the left, and Ocean drive and the beach two blocks in front. Plenty to see in the area and we felt very safe at night. Lots of bus stations near by so you can walk or take public transportation! Convenient parking deck around the corner for $20 a day, which is cheaaapppp in Miami. The airbnb itself felt very secure, as the main door to the building AND each unit have a keypad entry. The AC worked great and the kitchen & closet spaces were a huge win! This place had everything we needed for a weeklong stay. I will say, it is the perfect size for a solo trip or a couple trip, but anymore than 2 people would be tight. This is the perfect place to stay if you plan to be out and about all day and want a cool, safe, nearby place to stay at night. We loved it! Romain provided local recommendations and was always easy to reach. Check in and check out were super easy. No complaints!! Book this place and enjoy Miami!

This place is a midtown gem. Walkable to many places. Love the decor and all the amenities. The Host was the sweetest and very attentive! I plan to come back and stay here again. Thank you!

This was a perfect home for us for a short stay in Miami, wanting to stay near to Design District, Wynwood, Downtown and Buena Vista area, so location was perfect. House itself is very peaceful and serene, and felt private and homey. For us with our dogs, having the fenced in yard was also a must, so we appreciated this very much. We visit Miami often, and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Lesliet’s beautiful home! The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. From the thoughtful touches to the peaceful atmosphere, it truly felt like a home away from home.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

Great place clean and close to everywhere! Lisa is always responsive and if something happen or you need something, she is is just a text away! They just need to renew patio part and furniture! But it is all okay and never down our mood during our vacation!

I really enjoyed my stay at Victor and Marco’s place. It’s a great, clean space located in a nice part of town. It is very conveniently located within walking distance from the beach and having beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella at our disposal was a very thoughtful detail. Marcos was friendly and responsive to my questions and I really appreciated him accommodating my early arrival. I would definitely stay here again!

A good place to have a quiet stay

Stayed here for a month and it was amazing, the views are spectacular and Omar and Alex are both very helpful hosts. The apartment is well equipped and in a brilliant location too

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

I love this place I’ll definitely be back

Le was a great host! She went above and beyond throughout our whole trip. The condo is very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the direct access to the beach and the pool, as well as the many restaurants nearby. Le has thought about everything and provided everything needed for the beach and more. We will be sure to book this when we return to Miami!

We stay in Brickell most of the time. This was a good choice at the SLS LUX. Nice host and overall good and clean unit. We'll come back. Thank you.

Jason and Dave’s rental was beyond our expectations it very close to great restaurants and shopping locations. Through out our stay they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy you trip we can’t wait to come back to visit ☺️
