Regarding the owner, I found it very easy to make contact with him, he responds very quickly and is very attentive, I can also say that he has good taste and creativity, which is reflected in the apartment, whether in the decoration or even in the construction of the apartment. The building has an excellent location, being close to pharmacies, the medical center, markets, restaurants and with access to the main roads of Recife. About the apartment, it is very well equipped, from kitchen utensils to iron, even beauty utensils like a hair straightener and others (my girlfriend loved that part lol). Both rooms have comfortable beds, one firmer than the other (to suit both tastes). The TVs are modern (smart), so you can watch whatever you want. The apartment has good ventilation, but also has air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a fan in the living room. Everything was very clean and sanitised. Regarding parking, I liked the fact that I could park in any space in the garage.

The experience was very positive. The place is beautiful and is located in a very quiet area. Our hosts were always attentive to any unforeseen events and were very helpful. A highly recommended place.

The stay was very quiet. Complete and comfortable apartment. I thought it was perfect for 1 or even 2 people. Everything was great. Well-located building, easy to get an Uber, close to the airport and there's also a grocery store in the garage that makes life a lot easier. I only missed a hair dryer (we got heavy rain on Saturday night and then there was no way to dry my hair). The wardrobe door needs maintenance, but nothing that would disrupt the stay (I spoke to the host and she said it was about to be fixed).

Great accommodation, functional, comfortable and well located. Easy Check in. Filipe was a great host and always available, responded quickly when asked. I highly recommend it for sure.

I stayed for a long time and it met all my needs. Flet with a cooking structure, environments that provide leisure (swimming pool, gym) and especially security. It is close to everything.

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself - you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Nearby, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent area for diving. We really enjoyed the stay and certainly recommend it.

The accommodation is extremely complete, in addition to being located in a condominium that offers many leisure options. Access is greatly facilitated by not needing keys and the super quiet neighborhood. Indico very much this accommodation option, myself and my friends feel at home.

the condominium is very pleasant, the house is good .We live unforeseen with the air-conditioning, but which has been remedied. Communication with the host and the person in charge was very good. Deixo as a suggestion, to make it even more cozy, an inclusion of affective decor items and on the terrace a comfortable table and chairs set so that guests can enjoy the climate and breeze that comes from the sea in comfort.
