The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. On request, we can also style the bed covers in a slightly more fun way (see photos). Of course, we also have firefighters, princesses, dinosaurs, etc., if your children request them. Please let me know in advance :-) And in October, things get spooky in the apartment too.
