The house is quite spacious, much more than what you can see in the photos. The pool temperature is magnificent. All its facilities are perfect, ideal for a weekend of rest. Its proximity to self-service stores, supermarkets and convenience stores make it the ideal place. Its facilities with powerful fans everywhere and its air-conditioned rooms make the stay pleasant in each of the areas of the house. The space next to the pool is magnificent. For lovers of running, right on the corner there is a park with a very good space to do it and in addition to this, 5 minutes away by car is the Morelos sports unit which has a track for the general public with a minimum entrance fee. Our stay was very pleasant, thanks for all the attention

Staying at Gerardo's house was a spectacular experience. We rested like never before and had an excellent stay. He was always attentive to our messages and despite the external conditions that did not depend on him (it rained hard and the water got in a little), he was always very willing to help us. If you have the chance, don't miss out on staying here. We recommend it 100%. The place is quiet, cool, very nice to spend a couple of days with the family and disconnect from the city.

The stay was good, I have stayed several times in Morelia and the truth is this is one of the few accommodations where I would return. The stove was a little old and the burners took a little while to heat up, but nothing alarming. It had everything you needed to have a good time. The bad thing: we found several large cockroaches during the days we were there and although it is insect season, it is always annoying to come across something like that, however, it is not that they were everywhere, most likely they entered through the courtyard, I think with a dust cover on the door that leads to the courtyard it would be enough. Everything else was very good.

Excellent location in the center of a very pretty, historic and cosmopolitan city. Great view from the roof of the apartment. Everything was very clean. and the host was very responsive and nice. Somehow we thought there was an indoor common space, but it's all connected with an outdoor patio and then stairs up to the roof. If you're there on the weekend there could be an event going on next door.
