An excellent accommodation, both for people and pets, as it has a lot of space and everything is very close, very good space for cars and everything is very close walking, I would definitely come back… Claudio is very kind and attentive.

The place is very nice, and it is located in a very quiet area with a great view and close to the village, both Claudia and Clara were very friendly with us were always on the slope and resolved us quickly, the space is bigger than we thought and very comfortable, it is a very pleasant space to stay.

In general, everything was excellent !! only that the address I marked on Google maps did not match, and we struggled a little, but Lety responded immediately and gave us the instructions to get there. The house is very nice , with a lot of details and very good taste Very well equipped , with everything necessary for an excellent stay , quiet and relaxing place.

I really liked the truth, the place is quite good even though we had internet connection issues. Other than that, it's very comfortable, everything is super close, the town... the shops, tours etc. I would definitely come back :)

Excellent stay at this property. Beautiful home, plenty of space, nice set up outdoors with refrigerator, sink and seating. Many options on outside lighting to adjust for what you want. Had a few hot water issues when we first arrived, but Patricia helped us get all that straightened out, and the rest of the stay we had no issues. Patricia was very responsive and helpful. The lady who took care of the yard was also very helpful, pleasant to visit with, and helped when the electricity went out and gate/pedestrian door didn't work. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay in Ajijic. Caryn’s place was both beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. The back yard was spectacular, even better than the pictures! The home was in a quieter area of Ajijic but still walkable to everything and being right next door to one of the best restaurants in town - Casa Lule was a huge plus! Caryn was extremely accommodating and our concierge Becky had great recommendations and was available if we needed anything locally. We would definitely stay again!

It's a little pricy for the area, but it is a spectacular home with every amenity you need . Huge kitchen, great dining room and living room with comfortable furniture. A large-screen smart TV is there - not wired to any service, so bring your Netflix/Amazon passwords. The big screened-in patio surrounded by the gardens was a beautiful spot to sit and have coffee in the morning. It is a bit of a walk to the town plaza, but a very pleasant one along the lake - the malecon starts just 60 yards away from the entrance to this private road. In Ajijic, one doesn't have to walk great distances, but the sidewalks and roads are challenging if you have bad knees. The roads are well maintained, but they are cobblestone. Taxis are readily available in the plaza or by phone during the daytime. Even though we were on a late flight - getting in around 9:00 PM, we were met at the gate and shown around and provided with keys and a gate remote. It was a great stay for a small family get-together.

The house is beautiful. Very spacious and clean, it was only necessary to maintain the children's games that are a little run down, but everything else excellent.

The house is just beautiful. From the moment we arrived, we were surprised how carefully every part of the place is. The decor is tasteful, with cozy details that make you feel at home. The photos don't do it justice - the spaces are spacious, bright and very clean. In addition, the environment is tranquil and perfect for rest. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful, you can see the love they have put in the house, it feels and it conveys a very nice family vibe. The very friendly service staff allowed us a lot. Angelina is a very kind and attentive person. Anything we needed, she was attentive. We were happy, we were in cuatrimoto, we did hikes, campfire, hot tub, we played pool. It has a variety of activities and also many options of how to relax. I am extremely happy with my experience and hope I wholeheartedly can have the opportunity to be there again someday. If you have the opportunity to go, don't miss out.

Very good location, very close to restaurants and super, very good service from service staff and my father's house, spacious and comfortable. Luis the owner is very close to our stay and gave us all the necessary recommendations.

We really enjoyed the accommodation and that it had its private beach, the house is very comfortable and close to other beaches in case you want to get around, I was able to do yoga in the waterfront kiosk in the mornings and I thought it was spectacular it costs me a little to find the place but they were very attentive and went to pick me up, the staff is very friendly and the only detail was that the water keys were leaking but in general everything was very good

Beautiful peaceful place, very close to the boardwalk and little downtown area of Jocotepec. Convincente store right across the street. Comfortable beds, hot water showers, large kitchen and living area. Will definitely consider staying here again!

The restaurant has rich food and the prices are accessible , the kitchen and reception staff are very attentive . Everything is highly recommended
