This charming cottage exceeded our expectations in every way! The property was immaculately clean and thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The interior's fresh, well-maintained condition made us feel instantly at home. The highlight was definitely the convenient beach access - perfect for spontaneous walks and sunset views. We particularly appreciated all the special touches throughout the property that showed real attention to detail. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners while they were tending to the yard, and their warm hospitality added an extra special touch to our stay. Their care for the property is evident in every corner. We've already marked this cottage as a favorite for future visits. It's a true gem that delivers everything you could want in a beach getaway. We greatly enjoyed All the Waters. Very clean, comfortable, relaxing house and grounds. We loved the private beach and enjoyed the view of the lake and sunsets sitting on the bluff. The 5+ minute trek to and from the beach was no problem for our geezer legs or our adult children carrying their toddler. We had plenty to do in the area on a rainy day.

Very beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Love the common areas and pool too. We didn’t want to leave. Will definitely stay there again.

We had a nice stay here. The cabin is very close to a beach and has a nice view of Lake Michigan. We watched the sunset there one evening. It is also only a short distance to Grand Mere State Park and Silver Beach in St Joseph which I highly recommend. The host was very responsive and friendly. The pictures on the listing are accurate. It is in a nice gated community which felt very safe.

The place is super cute and cozy, the bed is comfy and the area is quiet and peaceful. I felt safe and right at home as I was here for an extended stay! I 100% recommend!

Phenomenal option for vacation!!! Beautiful home thats 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach on Lake Michigan. Lots of things to do for family, including a pool, small lake swimming, fishing, shuttleboard, pool table, ping pong, kayacking, stand-up paddle board, movie room, basketball court and tennis court!!! I'm sure I'm missing a bunch of things. Oh and coffee shop with snacks too on the ground. The homes are beautiful and well-taken care of. Kids told me they want to come back next summer!!! Indiana Sand Dunes is also just a 15 minute drive to the east end of the national park.

We absolutely loved this place and our stay. The lake views were more beautiful than the photos could show, the chalet is comfortable and well-stocked, and there was so much to do in the community that we didn't even scratch the surface. We loved the beach area which wasn't crowded at all, even on Labor Day weekend. We drove in to St. Joseph for dinner and to go to ur favorite shops - super easy drive. The walk to the beach was so short we didn't even take a lunch out there, just popped up to the house whenever we needed a restroom break or a snack. We never needed to contact Ben but got plenty of communication beforehand and the manual in the house provided info of how to text him if we needed to. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

The "tiny home" fit our needs just fine. The screened porch, campfire and gas grill added a nice evening activities. The shared pool is lovely and we were always in it alone!

Our family loved this home and had a VERY special Thanksgiving weekend here. The house had everything and was even nicer than the GREAT pictures. Beautiful kitchen, lovely view of the water and very nice amenities. Our host, Rhoby, was a great communicator - sharing all relevant details ahead, so we had all we needed! Had a fantastic family vacation at Diamond Lake. The cottage was perfect - cozy, clean, and VERY well stocked. Check in before you go to the grocery store because you won’t need anything other than food and drinks - all other supplies are provided. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of board games for rainy days. And the front porch and yard allowed for some family fun in the evenings after being on the beach on sunny days. Thank you for hosting - - we will be back next summer!

The view is beautiful! The cozy, family feel always works for us. We felt right at home. Plenty of room to be together but also have alone time if you so choose. The singing birds were beautiful, the visiting swans and ducks were fun to watch! We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and pier! Its truly a relaxing place. Although we rarely go to the same place each summer, we would visit again. Hosts were accomodating, kind and welcoming! Thank you for sharing your home and giving us a place to make wonderful memories!

Beautiful place! Off the beaten path but fairly close to activities. Cozy bedding and great amenities. Lake is gorgeous and we had a great time playing games, resting and catching up! Great weekend with sisters!

Beautiful location that feels secluded. Pool table and poker table are a great touch, and yhe lake is not heavily populated. The kayaks available were very relaxing on a nice day.

Super easy for anyone to relax and have a good quiet time. The view was amazing . All the amenities of home!

Rhonda went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome in their home and that we had everything we needed. They left the nicest handwritten note and gift for our arrival. Rhonda let us know all of the check in and out information the day before it was needed. We would definitely stay again. Hopefully when it’s warmer so we can enjoy all of the lake amenities they had to offer.
