Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Miami County

We booked this place as a very last minute having arrived at our planned air bnb to find it was falsely advertised. As a party of 9 including a baby that had travelled for my son’s wedding you can imagine the urgency .Communication was excellent throughout abc the turnaround ( which was just 30 minutes was fantastic Maria was also very accommodating in allowing one part of the party with the baby leave later . House was very clean and everything we had hoped for .

The location was perfect for my friends and me and our dogs. The large fenced in back. yard was great just wish it had been warmer so we could have enjoyed sitting outside. The street didn’t have a lot of fast cars and good for the one car that didn’t fit in the drive. A little noisy outside due to location close to freeway but made getting to where we were going super easy. Great big screen TV for watching horse racing! Didn’t need them much but really new upright washer and dryer was nice. Don communicated well and in a timely manner.

Large single-family home near downtown Troy; excellent location for Strawberry Festival visits. Sizable kitchen and living areas make this a good pick for families with children. Large kitchen has lots of basics for preparing meals.

Robin was great! Easy to communicate with and fast to respond. She sent detailed information on where to park and how to find the home. The home itself was so cute, each bedroom fully decorated to theme and the kitchen was super retro and fun. We used the Blackstone for dinner and breakfast and had fun sitting around the coffee table that has a fire in it. We truly had a great time and definitely would recommend.

The home was very clean and had plenty of room. It worked perfectly for our family. It was so charming and had everything we needed. And the location was ideal for our son’s wedding in Troy.

The house is as described and the furniture is comfortable which I have found not to be in many AB&Bs. Victoria responds quickly and all our needs were promptly addressed. We would have been comfortable living in this home. Victoria is an A+ host.

We had a great stay and would love to stay here again! The location was ideal for us. There’s was the peace and quite of not being in town, but an only few minutes to restaurants, groceries, the highway, and even the airport. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and the pool table and ping pong tables were great when the weather didn’t cooperate.

Kaysee's home in Troy is a perfect home away from home. The house is extremely comfortable and clean with nice amenities. It's close to stores and on-ramps to the highway. It's also within a couple minutes drive of downtown Troy, but far enough away that you don't hear the trains.

My wife I had a one night stay in Troy unexpectedly and was truelly blown away by how helpful Dianne was with check in, recommendations on where to eat and have a couple drinks and how we'll the home was appointed and decorated. Within walking distance to the town Square the area was lively for a Thursday night. Also we had breakfast at Harens market which is also a butcher shop with all kinds of fresh and varied meats. We will definitely be back again!

We really enjoyed staying at Jordan‘s place. It was right on the square in downtown Troy – a charming town with restaurants and shops. The apartment was comfortable with many extras included. The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage. It was an easy stay from start to finish.

Comfortable and spacious for 5 adults. We had everything we needed to feel at home. Kari was very helpful and accommodating. We had an issue with wifi and she quickly resolved it. We had an evening flight home and Kari was very kind to provide a later checkout. Overall, a very nice stay!

This space exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely stunning. Everything was completely immaculate. Janaya is an excellent host. Always quick to respond and extremely accommodating. I will definitely be staying again. We also had the pleasure of meeting Janaya and her husband. They are gracious and exceptionally friendly. Thank you guys!

This is a nice cozy place to stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Coffee provided! The apartment was small but had plenty of room and was perfect for what I needed. Flexible checkout was offered.

My wife and I with our two teenagers stayed here over a weekend and felt right at home. It was a very relaxing and comfortable space with everything we needed. My wife is a tea drinker and really appreciated the kettle! Everything was easy to find and intuitive. We were in town for a soccer tournament and needed a slightly later check out time which they were able to accommodate. This is a lovely space for a couple or small family. If we need to stay in the area again, we will look here first!

This location was further out than I anticipated. However it was nice and quiet. I will definitely use the host again

Great place, and as described. Perfectly clean, neat, attractive and uncluttered. Well-provisioned with the expected basics plus many thoughtful additions (e.g. blender, electric fireplace, and tower fans). Very peaceful in and out, even though in an apartment complex. Close to a supermarket, and easy access to highway into Dayton. Hosts were very responsive, nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at this townhouse again!

The unit was as advertised, absolutely loved the soaker tub and it was the Star of the unit. Beds were comfy and clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you’d need to cook. Overall our stay was great and we would come back. Only negatives we had were the porch light was super dim and getting into the lock was challenging due to lighting, Steve assured he would fix asap. So it may be okay now. There was a slight smell in the living room but not unbearable. And since it’s on the Main Street traffic noise at night could be heard but also not terrible for us. We didn’t spend much time in the unit as we were visiting family so there issues were minor to us and for the price and location in proximity to the activities we had it was perfect. The host is very responsive so any issues you may have I’m sure they’ll correct.

Have stayed here before and would happily stay again. Great for 1 person or a couple. In a cute historic district that’s a short drive to some good Dayton eateries. Aspasia was very kind and went to turn the lights on when she found out my flight was delayed and I was coming in very late.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Had a great stay, with great accommodations and the communication was on point. 💯

Should give bad review so people stop booking and leave open date for me 😂 Love everything about this place! so quiet and confy ♥️
