⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I chose this property because part of a beautiful and fully renovated building, originally built in the late 1800s as a small family run hotel It is located in Tremezzina, considered to be one of the most exclusive areas of Lake Como The apartment has its own private entrance, and the huge plus of a totally private garden (perfect if you have a dog or kids), a patio with a lovely lake view, mountains in the background and Bellagio just in front of you! Lovely apartment in 19th century "Villa Maria"

The apartment is located in "Villa Maria" one of the most beautiful ancient villas of Como Lake. The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. The apartment has a private car park inside the Villa. No A/C and Wi-Fi.

Composto da ingresso, soggiorno, cucina abitabile, camera e bagno, si trova a pochi metri dai locali, alberghi e ristoranti che animano il lungolago di Tremezzo: uno dei punti più suggestivi della Greenway del Lago di Como.

FURNISHED STUDIO IN FRONT OF THE LAKE

La mia casa si trova direttamente sul lago , a pochi passi (10 metri)dalla fermata autobus; inoltre dalla casa inizia la passeggiata a lago che arriva alla vicina spiaggia pubblica, dove ci si può rilassare e fare i bagni. La passeggiata prosegue e costeggia tutto il paese. Dalla mia abitazione parte la Greenway, un percorso pedonale semplice da fare, da cui raggiungere i vari borghi della Tremezzina. Parcheggio riservato gratuito all'aperto (10 metri dalla mia casa).
