Come and recharge your batteries with family, friends or for small seminars in this house from the 2010s. The main room of the house is 80 m² (Kitchen/Living room/Billiards). The house has 5 bedrooms upstairs, each with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 200 bed. Two are equipped with a shower room. The terrace is equipped for 15 people, there are 2 gas grills. The heated pool (27°) is open all year round, covered from October to May (these dates may vary depending on the weather).

At the foot of the vines

Apartment of 30 m2, newly renovated in the heart of the vineyard of Puligny Montrachet renowned for its great wines. A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August, with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment. You can enjoy going for walks, and there is a BBQ available, followed by a drink in a peaceful setting. Closed courtyard for your vehicle. A key box is available for your autonomy. Located 4 km from Beaune and the highway exit in the village of Bligny-lès-Beaune, you can discover this perfect base for visiting the Wine Coast as well as local tourist attractions such as the Hospices de Beaune, Château de Savigny, La Kariere or the large cellars On Sundays, checkout is possible at 3pm. Beds made on arrival and one bath towel per person provided. Parties and events are prohibited. Do not talk outside after 11pm to avoid disturbing the neighborhood

Winemaker house, renovated in 2021, in the heart of the wine village of Givry, located on the Côte Chalonnaise wine route. Gite 80 m2 with shared inner courtyard where are provided garden furniture, access to the barbecue, ping pong table, as well as the heated pool (May to October depending on the weather) Occupancy capacity of 4. Maison Mazeray: authentic charm

We have restored this authentic wine-maker's house as our family holiday home and like to share it with you. On the ground floor we have a kitchen with Lacanche hob, living room with fireplace and second smaller living room adjacent. There are 4 bedrooms: 3 in the main house. The 4th bedroom is in a separate studio. The outside space: a covered patio with bbq-area. At the back of the house a large swimming pool with view of the vineyards and garden.

At the foot of the wine coast, you will stay with family or friends in a charming house, made of Burgundy stones, warm and comfortable. Quietly located in a small village just 10 km from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines and 3 km from Chagny with its shops, restaurants and large Sunday market. On long summer evenings, at sunset, you will enjoy the large travertine terrace, overlooking the pool.

You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
