Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Renovated former farmhouse over 2 floors: very quiet, with every comfort! Nuits Saint Georges à 10min, Beaune 15min, highway 10min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue, and more. Private parking, courtyard and garden. Breakfast, pastries, local wines and beers (extra charge). Families welcome.

Just 2 steps from the ramparts, shops and the town's most attractive wine cellars, take a break at Le Sarment to discover Beaune. Ground floor, quiet, comfortable and welcoming. Equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms overlooking the courtyard with quality bedding and private bathrooms (1 shower in one and a bath in the other). No toilet in the bathrooms. Washing machine. Bed linen and towels provided. Pay parking in the street. Free parking nearby. Welcome!

Ideally located on the wine route, between Nuits-Saint-Georges and Beaune, loft on the first floor of our main residence (28 m2), with private covered terrace (20 m2) overlooking the classified vineyards. Saltwater pool, heated from May 1st to September 30th, private parking, independent entrance. Tastefully decorated, equipped kitchen, 140 cm adjustable HD screen, Wi-Fi. Brazier available. In the heart of the vineyards of the Hautes-Côtes between Beaune and Nuits-Saint-Georges, you will enjoy the tranquility and calm of the countryside in this old barn that has been completely renovated. Ideally located for hiking (GR7, GR76 etc.) and to discover the rich Burgundian heritage in the surroundings, from Dijon to Clos Vougeot, from Vosne-Romanée to Nuits-Saint-Georges and the famous Hospices de Beaune, our house can accommodate 6 people for a few days or a week.

1 km from Nuits Saint Georges, House, classified 3 stars with a private garden where you can park your car. Located on the Route des Grands Crus, which is also a national road to travel through the climates of Burgundy at the foot of the vineyards of VOSNE ROMANEE in Beaune or Dijon. Close to the cellars and historical sites. 4 bikes are available for nice rides. Odile and Jean Paul will be happy to welcome you and guide you during your stay.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 45 m2 place to stay. In the shade of a beautiful blue cedar, with independent entrance, it is located upstairs. The large terrace, garden, as well as a parking space in the courtyard are available. In the heart of the Burgundy vineyard, between Beaune and Dijon, you are ideally placed to explore the many sports, cultural, gastronomic and oenological activities offered by Burgundy wine.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
