Holiday rentals with a pool in Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria

The Cafiso di Villa Clelia 1936 is the most beautiful hospitality experience made in Calabria! It is an elegant and refined residence, spacious and welcoming, cared for in every detail to feel truly welcomed and pampered. On the large outdoor patio I enjoyed in total privacy a regenerative relaxation overlooking the lush Mediterranean vegetation and the centuries-old olive trees that, elegant and austere, surround the beautiful property . Sonia and Paolo are thoughtful and welcoming hosts. The manicured gardens embellish the estate, and the family garden offers seasonal fruits shared with guests. The residence is only 2 km from the beaches and a five-minute drive from the city center, where there are shops and restaurants for every need. I will definitely be back with the family in the summer, to enjoy the beautiful manor pool!

Extremely beautiful second house, it exudes class; private entrance gate with long driveway with fruit tree to house. Elegantly designed house which fits in the area on a mountainside, surrounded by large garden full of old olive trees. The owner is super told when explaining the house that olive oil in the kitchen comes from your own garden and not to be concerned if it runs out, there is more. Furthermore, there is terrace around the house both in the sun or out of the sun. Excess of kitchen items, fine oven and BBQ. Enjoy the sun.

Massimo is a very friendly and helpful host, everytime available if there should be any questions. We loved staying at his house on the calabrian countryside with cows, sheep and olivetrees as our neighbours. We would come back anytime without hesitating.

The REAL slow life! If you are looking for relaxation, tranquility and well-being here you will find it: beautiful, bucolic places, silence, the sea (the Ionian is the most beautiful and undervalued in Italy), km of almost deserted free beaches in August, good food (many restaurants/farms in the area at very honest prices) and excellent wines. The villa is perfect for both groups of friends and families! Salvatore is a great host, ask him what you want from your vacation and he will be able to show you the best experiences. Will be back!

Giuseppe and his wife, Angela, were the kindest, most hospitable, most caring hosts imaginable. The villa itself is a dream, but to have these fine people along with it is to enjoy a perfect combination. We stayed in the off season, so some of the Seaside amenities were not available, and a few restaurants were closed, but it did not impact our enjoyment of the area very much. There is a bus stop almost directly in front of the house, which makes it very easy to get to and from the nearby city of Messina, including access from the central rail/bus terminal. There is a food and sundries store within walking distance, a post office—and of course plenty of gelato vendors! The Villa’s pool is gorgeous and beautifully maintained, although cushions for the lounge chairs would be a big plus. We were glad to have a washer/dryer in the Villa but operating them took a lot of guesswork—manuals would have saved time. Overall, a stunning home in a lovely location, with incredibly kind hosts.

We had a wonderful stay in Ornella’s Villa. The house is beautiful and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The en-suite bedroom was great and they had a cot and high chair there too. It is the perfect place for entertaining. Two beautiful outdoor areas to eat. It is a five minute walk to the beach but we found it difficult to leave the Villa because the pool was so amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

I am very satisfied, right by the sea with rock/stone coast, so the sea always has a nice turquoise and the water is very clean. Parking on the fenced property and the pool - which is very large - makes the stay perfect, also that there are still tables for eating outside.. and of course the outdoor shower... From here you can easily reach many places by car. The landlord also very nice... also his 92 year old father and his brother... very warm Thanks so much

this is the 3rd time we have stayed in this complex the second time in this actual apartment it is well worth the money, very clean and comfortable and Giuseppe (the key holder) couldn't do enough for us the only downfall for me is that the shower is over the bath and as am waiting for a hip replacement would have preferred a walk in shower other than that cannot fault anything and we will be returning. Best of both worlds with a pool and close beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay see you soon.

It was a wonderful stay, beautiful view and pool and the apartment was spacious, comfortable and quiet.
