Breakfast inclusive in the price: in the Spring/Summer the breakfast is served on the roof terrace with view! Totally renovated, this house is located on the ground floor of my family home, an ancient house dating back of 1700. Just few kilometres to Florence, but surrounded by the quiet of tuscan country.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

Corso Double

This intimate and discreet studio is located on the top floor of a building in the historic city center, just steps from the main tourist attractions. It features a living area and a sleeping area separated by a mezzanine. The studio has a private bathroom but no kitchen. The bright space offers a privileged view of the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio, while its romantic and cozy atmosphere makes it perfect for a romantic getaway.

Double room with two beds and a view

This lovely twin-bedded room is situated in a quiet location where you can enjoy a wonderful view, garden equipped with chairs, sunbeds, barbecue, shared ,the room is connected to another small structure and can be for 4 people, to go down into the room there is a small hill road it is good to wear comfortable shoes and is not suitable for those who have problems walking . You're not allowed to wash your clothes or anything.

Cozy nice cottage newly renovated with amazing panoramic view, in the heart of Tuscany. Few meters from the pool ( shared with other few guest) with private garden and patio. Inside you have a small kitchen and private parking. We are wine producers, if you are interested you can book a private tour in our cellar and winetasting after. We serve breakfast and dinner upon request.
