Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Benedetta's home in Lucca

The house is located in the Lucchese countryside, in the Carignano area, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, but at the same time close to the city center and all services. The old farmhouse has been divided into eight individual apartments, each with its own exclusive garden, as well as a large common park with a swimming pool shared with the guests of the other apartments. Being in the countryside, the access road is very characteristic but narrow and unpaved (suitable for any type of vehicle).

The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. The 45 sqm apartment is 200m from the sea, has a nice garden and a large outdoor patio, independent entrance and private parking space: It is structured in a single Open Space that can accommodate up to 4 people, the kitchen is fully equipped with every comfort and is equipped with a bathroom with shower. The double bed is foldaway and there is an additional sofa bed. The outdoor patio also has a gas barbecue. AIR-CONDITIONED

Borgometato – Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

"Le Casette" Vacation Home

The house is located on a high hill about 600 meters above sea level and is located within a small village. It is 1.5 km from the parking lot of the village of Metato, this last stretch is a narrow and steep path accessible with small 4WD cars, the owner can put at your disposal a Fiat Panda, to be used exclusively from the parking lot to the house.
