Great apartment, very nice views, the location of the pool is breathtaking! We had a wonderful and very relaxing week in the apartment, would come back immediately. Luka's father is very helpful and you still have a lot of privacy.

The accommodation is beautiful, the view is very beautiful, the decor, the cleanliness was perfect. It's just like the photos. The supplies are quality. The air conditioning is efficient, quiet. The concierge is very responsive and let us enjoy the apartment later than expected because there was no tenant after us. Just an indication that is not mentioned on the listing, the roof-top is not accessible from inside the apartment, you have to go out on the landing and go up a floor. This is not obvious when you have prepared the meal downstairs, you would need all the kitchen equipment in duplicate, to be able to cook more easily on the roof-top. The hot tub was very clean! The beach is a 2-minute walk away. The city centre is 10 minutes away by car. Groups can party in the building, so it can be noisy. Bakery and restaurant 2 min walk. A bar on the beach. The littery is quality.

Absolutely amazing stay, was worth the money! Right on the water just across the bridge from old town. Perfect place to stay for sight seeing, tours and exploring Zadar.

Marija was very helpful, communication was smooth. She has even given a separate photo of the approach to the apartment, because it was not clear on the map. The apartment was good value for money with a beautiful view of the sea. It was our first holiday in Croatia. Sveti Juraj was a very optimal choice. It's a quiet little town, but a 10-minute drive minutes by car there are plenty of restaurants, shops and activities in Senj. The island of Krk, Plitvice, is also relatively easy to reach by car. (1.5-2h) With children, access to the Sveti Juraj centre on foot can be a bit of a problem, as it is only accessible on foot via the main road, which is quite busy. But for adults it's no problem, you only have to walk a few metres. We had a great time!

Cosy flat in the little port in Mali Iž. We were there for a coulple of days in the end of September, and the place was quiet and peaceful. Views from the balcony on the water and the port is all you need :) Bedroom window is facing the courtyard and it was super silent, good night sleep. Kitchen is not big but has everything you need, we cooked and it was ok. The shop is literally next door. Kind hosts. We recommend it!

We had a great stay at Matija's apartment and highly recommend it. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed. The location was also perfect for us - it is nicely situated in a quieter, more residential area away from the tourist noise but remains close to the old town, which is around 15-20 mins pleasant, flat walk. It's also 1 min from a useful little shop, 5 mins from a range of beaches (and a nice beach bar) and less than 10 mins walk from the main bus station. Matija and his family were great hosts, too. Communication was good from the start and they go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay. This included taking time to give us directions (and shortcuts) to the places we'd want to go, helping out with booking taxis, flexible check-in/check-out and generally being warm and welcoming. We enjoyed a really good holiday and have nothing to complain about at all. Brilliant accommodation and host in lovely Zadar.

It was a wonderful stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. We enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and as described, the garden is an absolute highlight. We were able to eat kumquats and season our food with the herbs! Those who arrive at the right time will also get their own tomatoes and potatoes. Three hammocks under olive trees and an outdoor shower make a sunny day even better! Only the small thistles should be careful if you like to walk barefoot or have small children, but is not a big problem. The pdf file that Anamarija had already sent in advance includes all the information about the house and the area. Marija was waiting for us and gave us the most important information. Questions were answered within minutes. We fully recommend this place!

The studio was tidy and nice, matching the description and with the necessary tools. It's good for 2 people. The light and sound isolation was maybe not perfect, but Goran quickly provided us with a solution. The communication was always good and easy ! The neighbourhood is nice for calm holidays and it's good if you have a car to explore further away.

There were eight of us at this great location! Marijo and his team did a great job. There were great records for the reception as well as fresh cookies. He also found out if everything was okay with us. He also came to clean the pool in the week, which is just great as well as a day before departure he brought us a lot of wind bags in general. We found the location super, it is super quiet there and it is simply recommended to take his vacation there thank you for this great wonderful vacation!

Staying in this small villa for a few days was a great experience!The host prepared a delicious cheese platter and homemade olive oil when we arrived, and sent cherries the next day.They are very friendly and always respond to our needs in a timely manner.This is a new small villa, cleverly designed.The room is as clean and hygienic as the photos, and the bedding is very comfortable.It is worth mentioning that I enjoyed a Swedish massage from the host's daughter, and my tired body was healed and relaxed.This is definitely a unique experience!

Communication with Sandra was perfect, within minutes. The host couple was very friendly. The apartment was cozy, clean and the balcony was equipped with a table and 2 chairs. Fast WiFi and storage for our rented bikes was also available. Bakeries and supermarkets were in the immediate vicinity. The beach was within walking distance as well as a nice cafe, where the sunset could be celebrated. We really enjoyed the 2 weeks.

The place was just amazing! The furnishings are really great (exactly our style!). It was extremely clean and Tonka greeted us personally and was extremely warm. The location of the property is perfect for visiting Zadar or even Paklenica National Park. We felt very comfortable and was something of the best we had so far.

Great, small apartment in a beautiful house. Everything was exactly as described. The apartment was very clean. Check-in is very flexible and easy. Communication was great. Within 5 minutes' walking distance, there are several shops and the beach. Nearby is the Pizzeria Sime which is a must visit.

Our stay at Matea's place in Sukosan was just amazing! The place was sparkling clean and well equipped – we felt comfortable from the first moment. Especially for families with children, this place is ideal. The host family was incredibly friendly and accommodating and even shared toys for our kids which made us very happy. Supermarkets and everything you need are in the immediate vicinity, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The value for money is also outstanding. We would love to book with Matea again at any time and highly recommend this place!♥️

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hidden from busy main streets but close to everywhere, clean and with beautiful garden. Our kids loved feeding turtles in the garden and sitting in the swing ❤️

I am returning home very happy - my little holiday in Zaglav with Petra was perfect. Petra is a super lovely person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand.
