The apartment is beautiful, very stylishly decorated and there is everything you need. The view of the sea (we moved the terrace furniture a bit so that we can look towards the sea) and the nature in the area is very nice. The place is quiet and peaceful. Vedran was very helpful and friendly. He always responded quickly to questions and gave us many recommendations for beaches, restaurants and shopping. Burcu, the woman who was on site, is very helpful and sweet. The beach a few minutes away was perfect for us for swimming before breakfast, after which we mostly looked for and found a "lonely" bay :-) it was wonderful. The water is crystal clear. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. Thanks to Vedran, Burcu and his family

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

A wonderful stay with Susie and Tomislav – extremely warm, helpful hosts. The apartment was exactly as in the photos: clean, lovingly furnished and well equipped. The large balcony with whirlpool was a highlight! We felt at home from the first moment and would love to come back. Thank you!

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

We were personally greeted by Snjezana, her husband had prepared a little something. We felt very welcome. The apartment is only a few metres from the sea and beach, and you can get there via a private path. The apartment's furnishings were great, very clean and also the various seating options on the terrace, parking directly at the house. Snjezana was always available and helped both very quickly. We wish all future guests a holiday as beautiful as the one we had ☀️

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. There are also restaurants not far away. Nevertheless, the environment is always quiet and you can enjoy your holiday without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I can recommend this accommodation to anyone.

A great holiday in Privlaka – absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time in this holiday home in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available, without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. The beautiful garden and the magnificent pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy, are particularly noteworthy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. Everything you need for a successful holiday was available in the vicinity: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Privlaka was also an ideal starting point for excursions into the region. We have discovered many charming cities in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). Thank you dear Anita for this great stay!

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! Even the first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but in retrospect, that was completely unnecessary. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I can recommend this villa without reservation. It was an unforgettably beautiful stay happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds comfortable, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: we were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said that he couldn't decide that himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a major limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here, so that other parents with small children are prepared.

The place is close to the highway about 10m. A great place to relax while traveling Host great and speaks English very well Very clean rooms, brand new place to stay . Brand new facility Each room has its own toilet Optimal and all comforts when traveling in 6 people. Parking on the property. Absolutely quiet at night. Outdoor seating with a fire pit and grill invites you to sit outside. The house drinker to welcome it wasn't a mistake When traveling in the Balkans, this place was definitely one of the best

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

the best place to stay in novalja!!

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

The view of the water is beautiful, and there is a great way to go into the water in peace. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive at all times. The surroundings offer lots of peace and nature. The restaurant right next door did not bother us. A clear recommendation!
