Going UP to our terrace (580ft2) you can enjoy one of the best view in the corner. You can also listen to the music in all rooms/terraces to make better your appetizer. Park your car in our private parking to avoid crazy fees on the peninsula. The best size to enter the parking (and enjoy the area) should be about 410cm x 180cm x 170cm (161in x 71in x 67in). Rent a small car to drive easy. Take a METRO (5 minutes far) to go easy and fast to SORRENTO. Go to the Seiano's marina to enjoy one of the best italian restaurant: "La Torre del Saracino" or just to have a glass by the sea. Our apartment is your apartment: you can use everything to feel confortable in the best way. If you smoke please do it outside on the terrace. You can ask input to me: I'll be more then happy to share informations about authentic experiences in the surroundings. From April the 1st until October the 31st each guest is required to pay the tourist tax: it's €1,50 person/day for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. The amount is paid with cash at the check-in. Tax is not applied to people underage. Collected funds will help the city to improve the quality of tourist services. The house is in Seiano, a small and quiet village with all the important things for an enjoyable stay. Two restaurants are close to the apartment, and two master-chef restaurants are at the marina. A delicatessen, bar, and postal office are nearby. From SEIANO METRO STATION you can easy get by train: SORRENTO: 10 minutes POMPEI: 20 minutes ERCOLANO: 40 minutes, In summer time you can also take a boat to go from Seiano's marina to CAPRI: enjoy! By CAR you can easy go to POSITANO, AMALFI, RAVELLO. NOTE: the appartment is at the third floor without elevator. Be sure that you like fitness. In any case I'll be happy to help you with your suitcases. If you arrive by flight in Capodichino Airport, you can take the BUS "Curreri" in front of the entry: ask to the driver for Seiano STOP (usually they do it on demand).

The studio apartment "La Casa Di Ale" is located in Seiano di Vico Equense, a small historic village, a strategic point of the Sorrento coast, because close to tourist places ( Pompeii, Vesuvius, Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi, Positano). The Casa Di Ale is a cozy studio of recent renovation, equipped with all comforts. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed (can be used both as a double bed and as single beds), bathroom with shower. The loft area has a double bed and wardrobe. Nearby places Beaches: Marina di Seiano ( with both free and equipped beaches) can be reached both on foot, by car and by bus. Going to Naples (Marina di Vico Equense, Bikini, Capolagala ), to Sorrento ( Marina di Meta, di Piano, di Sant'Agnello and Sorrento). Occupancy tax to be paid on site For any information or need, guests can contact the always available owner. The neighborhood is located in the historic center of Seiano, a very quiet and logistically well connected area. The accommodation is located about : 500 m from the railway station ( circumvesuviana ), 150 m from the bus stop, 100 m from the minimarket and bar-tobacchi-edicola , 20 m from the restaurant/pizzeria. Cleanliness is important to us and we want our guests to find a clean and tidy home with fresh and fragrant linen.

The strategic location, halfway between Naples and the Amalfi and Sorrento coasts, will allow you to visit: Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Pompeii, Naples, Herculaneum, Capri, Ischia, Vesuvius. To reach the house you need to have a car, preferably a small one. In 10 minutes you can reach the center, with its many restaurants and nightlife. The nearest beaches are about 2 km away.

It consists of a double bedroom (plus one bed, if needed), kitchen, bathroom with bidet and shower, terrace overlooking the sea. The house is equipped with a fridge, TV, washing machine and microwave oven. It can accommodate up to 3 people.
