Daniela is a great host! Very friendly and helpful. We had a wounderful time and especially enjoyed the garden and that she gave us bikes to explore the island!

a very nice house, Gina with her family - nice, available and very helpful. The rooms are very large, beautifully decorated. Each room has its own bathroom and very spacious toilet. The garden is beautiful, large, as well as a beautiful swimming pool. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The place is very quiet 20 minutes from Venice, lots of restaurants and shopping centres are very close, including a large outlet. Thanks to Gina and her family we had a wonderful time in her house.

The location is literally just a few steps for St. Mark's Square. Easy walking distance to many attractions and the Vaperetto (water bus) stop. The property is well furnished and in good condition. Great place for a family to stay. The host even provided welcome snacks, water, and bubbly drinks. They were very responsive to communications and available nearby for assistance. The only thing to be aware of is that the property is one level above one of the heavily travelled tourist areas so there can be some crowd noise, which dies off later in the night. The windows are double paned which subdues most of the noise. Overall this is a great property and would stay there again.

We felt very comfortable, and the communication was smooth. Her catalog with all the information about the surroundings and available options was extremely helpful. The bus stops are really very close to the apartment, which allows for quick connections to Venice. Overall, we were very satisfied!

Sonia and Giampiero are very nice and welcoming. their apartment is typical of Venice with its layout of spaces (spacious bedrooms, no living room) and its collection of plates! The apartment is clean and well located for the biennale between Giardini and the arsenal. The view of a canal is very pleasant

Perfect location! Easy to get to all tourist attractions, restaurants, vaporetto and shops. Lionella met us at Ca’ D Oro stop and took us to the apartment. Explained everything about the apartment, gave recommendations for restaurants and things to see. Our house key broke, luckily we could get it out of lock. She came to the rescue within 15 minutes and made a new key. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Plenty of room. Simple decor and clean. I would recommend this place if quiet sleep is important, easy access (tho you do need to climb a steep flight of stairs) and a good value for the money. I definitely will return some day and refer guests.

The location of the apartment is perfect, the amenities nice, and we really enjoyed the magnificent view. Everything was suitable for us and it was a very convenient base for all our activities. Checking in was completely straightforward and we'll be back for sure!

Natalia and her daughter were exceptional. They were very helpful even before we got there. I had a hard time figuring out what to do in Venice given the time of the day we were arriving and how far the place is from the main attractions (which are not hard to get to but it takes time). So I reached out to Natalia and she helped me with my planning. She was great. We arrived on a holiday and Natalia had bus passes ready for us because she wasn't sure we were going to be able to get. Then Natalia and her daughter made reservations to a restaurant so we could find a place to eat. Very nice people. The place was cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had absolutely everything and it was a great stay. The place is close to a bus stop which made going into Venice a breeze.

Very nice house close to many places in veneto. New amenities, with everything you need. Breakfast food was provided and it was amazing, as well as coffee, tea and some beverages. all the house has air conditioning, which was excellent and necessary.. one room has full privacy, the other not quite since it has an open ceiling. would recommend!

David, was waiting for us right off the water bus, a true beacon of calm after our chaotic morning. As he walked us to our pad, he gave us an impromptu tour, pointing out all his favourite spots and giving recommendations. You could tell this place is special to him; the property been in his family for generations, and he’s been coming here since he was a boy. And the accommodation itself? Absolutely stunning! We chilled right out & it felt like a proper lived home, complete with a private garden and terrace. We had never visited Venice or Lido before & will definitely return to this special accommodation.

We had an amazing one-month stay here. The house provided everything necessary for a long-term visit. The host was extremely kind and assisted us with all our requests. I want to specifically highlight the weekly house cleaning service, which greatly enhanced our comfort during our stay. The garden is truly stunning, and each morning we enjoyed a cup of coffee while taking in the lovely sunny view. I also want to praise the restaurant, as they prepare delicious meals using local ingredients, some of which are sourced from their own garden. It's only a half-hour drive to Venice or a train ride from Marcon station. Additionally, it serves as a convenient starting point for exploring the Dolomites or other cities in the region. This is a great place for a family vacation! It's run by a family. I highly recommend staying here.

We were looking for accommodation near Venice and not far from the sea, and we found just the right thing with this accommodation. It is quietly located, but you can easily drive to the wide and beautiful beach in 5 minutes, and to the vaporetto pier in 10 minutes. From there, you can reach Venice and Burano in half an hour. Several supermarkets are also just a few minutes away. The small holiday home is newly built, with good kitchen equipment and a covered terrace. The landlady's two sweet cats regularly visited us and were very happy to be petted.

This is the second time we stay at Sara's and it was exactly how we remembered it: charming and private, conveniently located, and perfect!

Great, unique apartment at a fabulous location, overlooking Via Garibaldi, one of the nicest states in Venice when it comes to excellent food and lively atmosphere. The apartment is well equipped and furnished with lots of design pieces. With the sleeping rooms in sequence, the layout is good for close friends or families. Two bathrooms are a plus! Thanks for hosting us.

This place was very nice and clean with a kitchen, laundry room, plenty of beds, and more. It had all the essentials you would need, like bowls, scissors. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony.👏😜👍

Lovely, peaceful location with fruit trees, fragrant plants and a few chickens wandering around. There was a walking path next to the house although we didn't have time to use it. The town of Vicenza and the train station was about 15 minutes away. The apartment itself was clean and provided basic amenities but bring your own soap/shampoo.

Doriano and Angelica are excellent hosts. Were very receptive and attentive. The house is very comfortable, it has everything you need for your stay.

Beautiful, large house with plenty of space for six people. There were only two of us, we felt very comfortable. The whole house is well equipped. The housewife is right next door if you need anything. The location, near Vidor, is beautifully central to explore the Prosecco area.

The house very is nice and clean. Everything was there for usual household activities and we didn't miss anything. Place is very nice and quiet.
