From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Min to the historic town Horb.About 35 min to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are 2 bakeries, a butcher's shop, 3 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from appartments entrance.

Our holiday apartment "Hans" is located in the idyllic village of Hausen im Tal in the nature park "Obere Donau". If you want to walk or climb, if you want to swing on a bike or just want to enjoy time, this is the place. The apartment is under the roof. In the house, there are two other apartments, all of which you enter through the common stairwell. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a living-dining room with kitchen, which is well equipped.
