Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αμφιλοχίας, μόλις λίγα μέτρα από την αγορά, τα όμορφα καφενεία και τη θάλασσα. Στόχος μου ήταν να δημιουργήσω, αν όχι το καλύτερο, ένα από τα καλύτερα loft της πόλης. Ο χώρος βρισκεται σε κεντρικό μέρος της πόλης και σε πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή , Πλουτωνος 18 και είναι 300 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία.
