Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mesão Frio

Durante quatro dias, tivemos o privilégio de desfrutar da hospitalidade e beleza da Quinta de São Pedro. Desde o momento em que pusemos os pés nesta propriedade encantadora, fomos recebidos com sorrisos e um ambiente acolhedor. Os jardins exuberantes e bem cuidados proporcionaram um refúgio tranquilo, onde pudemos relaxar e recarregar energias. Cada detalhe da quinta refletia cuidado e dedicação, desde os quartos confortáveis e elegantemente decorados até às refeições deliciosas preparadas com ingredientes frescos e locais. Os passeios pelos caminhos pedestres com vista para o Douro, seguro e estável foram uma verdadeira experiência sensorial onde pude apreciar a beleza da natureza. Sentimos nos verdadeiramente cuidados e mimados pela D.Sila, que é uma pessoa bastante prestativa e atenciosa , sempre disposta a ajudar e fez com que a nossa estadia fosse memorável , deixei a quinta de São Pedro com lembranças felizes e um coração cheio de gratidão. A Adriana é uma anfitrião fantástica, casa simples mas muito confortável, cozinha bem equipada com tudo necessário para ser utilizada. O único ponto menos positivo (não para mim), distancia de qualquer espaço comercial.

Um ótimo espaço, grande e sossegado. A Catarina super simpática e atenciosa. Estadia muito boa!

Margarida's house is a breathtaking place to discover the Douro Valley in a few days. The house has everything you need and if you walk a few meters into the garden, you are in the vineyards of the farmers around! The communication with Margarida has always been smooth and efficient. Douro and Portugal in general is high on my list for a future holiday and our stay at Margarida plays a big part in this. Hope to see you next time!

Casa bastante espaçosa, tudo em boas condições. Excelente para um grupo de amigos pois tem um salão de jogos. Vista deslumbrante para o Douro. Único senão é apenas a acessibilidade pois tem uma subida muito íngreme. A vizinhança também é muito simpática. Recomenda-se!

Local excelente. excelente para quem quer repousar e relaxar profundamente. é preciso considerar a utilização de automóvel para fazer algumas coisas! excelente casa, piscina é pequena, mas para 5pessoas é excelente! Parabéns e continuação de execelente trabalho e profissionalismo! Parabéns!!

Un endroit merveilleux avec une vue imprenable sur la vallée du Douro ! Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine mais nous aurions adoré car elle surplombe la vue sur toute la vallée, c’est sublime ! Les appartements sont très beaux, décorés avec goût et très bien équipés. Petit bonus pour le poêle qui permet de chauffer le soir, l’ambiance cocooning est ultra reussie ! Et surtout un grand merci pour l’accueil très chaleureux 🥰

Nuno e Ana são bastante atenciosos e não deixam que falta nada na estadia dos hóspedes, espaço limpo e arrumado! Recomendo bastante, tudo 5*!

Le domaine de José est magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur les collines. Le logement est très confortable. Et la localisation est idéale pour explorer la région. José s'est montré toujours très disponible. Le petit déjeuner est compris, copieux et délicieux. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Die superschöne Anlage ist eine Oase im etwas trubeligen Umfeld der Stadt Vila Real. Ins und ihre Leute sind sehr freundlich und extrem nett, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Jeden Morgen wird frisches Brot ans Haus gebracht, toller Service, auch die tägliche Reinigung des Bungalows ist sehr angenehm. Die Gartenflächen sind sehr gut gepflegt, der Pool wird täglich gereinigt, das Wasser ist superklar und erfrischend. Unser Bungalow war geräumiger als es auf den Bildern aussah und durch die dicken Granitwände auch bei 33 Grad Außentemperatur wunderbar kühl. Die Ausflugstipps sind liebevoll gezeichnet und gut durchdacht. Alles in allem hatten wir zu viert eine wunderbare Woche bei Ines. Vielen Dank!

Fue una estancia muy agradable! Estaba todo súper limpio, algo que nosotros valoramos mucho! El tener donde aparcar el coche al lado de casa, con una plaza propia nos pareció fenomenal!

Fantastic apartment right in the heart of charming Vila Real. The place had everything we needed and was an important factor in our enjoyment of the city and our vacation. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Caroline’s place. The location could not have been more perfect for exploring the Douro Valley. We loved the terrace overlooking the river, incredible views. The apartment was beautifully renovated and spacious. I would highly recommend staying here if your travels bring you to the Douro Valley. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la rencontre avec Manuel pour notre arrivée dans le logement. Ses conseils pour les visites étaient excellents. L'appartement était impeccable, nous y reviendrons sans hésitation car tout était parfait!

Spectacular setting wish we had more time to enjoy the place. Clean and comfortable. Full kitchen. Needs a car to get to. Looks like the photos. Bring all your own food then you don’t have to leave.

We absolutely loved staying here. Ricardo was super friendly and helpful. Quinta Freiera is a stunning farm with loads of grape vines, lemon trees, orange trees, passion fruit, etc. It was so special to stay in a house that has been in his family for over 200 years. I highly recommend this quinta!

pasamos 3 días en este alojamiento. Desde que cruzamos la puerta nos encanto cada detalle y adorno que tiene la casa, es una chulada. La bio-piscina que tiene a un par de minutos andando de la casa,en medio de un montón de fincas y viñas es el toque que hace que se gane es sobresaliente. Eduarda muy atenta y amable. es un sitio para guardar y volver de nuevo. muchas gracias

Enjoyed our stay in Vila Real. We used it as a hub for day trips in the area. The house was beautiful and well cared for and met our expectations.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having two bathrooms. The patio was nice to enjoy too with great views all around. We had a car with us and we're able to park it across the street in an off street parking space. Julio was kind to give us a quick talk about the region and a taste of his delicious port wine.

Absolutely loved this place and can’t wait to go back!!! Adrianne was great dropping by each morning to have a little tidy in the kitchen and make breakfast. The view of the Douro valley from poolside and the rooms was incredible. Can’t say enough good things about our stay!

I can't say enough about how incredible this Airbnb was, Carla and her property were so beyond expectations. My family and I felt extremely comfortable there, it is remote but absolutely beautiful. We were not able to use the pool, because the weather was a little bit cold. I jumped in for like 20 minutes and even though it was cold it was very nice. Carla was so communicative the entire time we were there, she made lots of helpful suggestions and helped us to book a tour around the Douro Valley and surrounding areas. She and a friend also cooked us breakfast every morning, which was delicious and helped us to start our day. 10 out of 10, I would absolutely return.
