Monthly Rentals in Mesa, Phoenix

The tiny house was perfect for our relaxing getaway. It was in a quiet neighborhood, a short distance from attractions downtown, and the pool was great! It was clean and private. I would definitely book again! Ps. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We loved staying here, was so comfortable, quiet and great location, hope we can stay here again on our next visit.

Stayed at Sweetwater while attending a wedding in Phoenix. The house was just as described, spotless, well-appointed, close to stores, eateries, churches & numerous attractions. We will definitely think about returning next year for another visit to sunny AZ.

Paul’s place was a perfect stay for us! We spent a few weeks here and were very comfortable. The space was super clean. The kitchen was easy to cook in. The bed was big and comfy. The bathroom had enough space for 2 people getting ready in the morning. The surrounding condo complex is unique, clean, and has great amenities too! Not to mention the area is very walkable (a rarity for Phoenix). We would be happy to stay again!
