There is direct access to the living room a large sun terrace with awning. The apartment is for single travelers, families with children, Business travelers and seniors (apartment is on the ground floor and is barrier-free) suitable. There are 2 parking spaces available for holiday guests. For cyclists or motorcyclists there is the possibility of storing the vehicles in a garage and charging the batteries for e-bikes.

Welcome to our new, light-flooded apartment with direct panoramic views. The well-kept and beautiful new apartment is located in Merzig-Besseringen. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a living area of about 45 m². The room layout is as follows: bathroom with shower, 1 room (bedroom), 1 living/dining room, kitchen. Location: Besseringen is conveniently located directly on the A8 and B51. The highway connection is easily accessible in a few minutes.

The apartment (52 m²) is located in an apartment building on the 2nd floor in the city center. It has a living room with double sofa bed, satellite smart TV, DVD Dining area for 4 people, open sleeping area (curtain) with double bed and wardrobe. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, grill, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, espresso and coffee maker, toaster and raclette. Large southwest balcony with seating, awning and privacy screen.

Unser Studio liegt ebenerdig, ist aber nur durch eine Treppe erreichbar (nicht barrierefrei).

Our house is the winner of the 2006 Farmhouse Competition. Our approx. 50 square meter apartment is lovingly equipped with a sleeping gallery and living room (sleeps 4), kitchenette with dishwasher, underfloor heating, etc.

The apartment also has two parking spaces. The apartment is suitable for up to 3 people and is an ideal starting point for excursions, hikes and bike tours.
