Charming house on a vineyard estate

Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue, and more. Private parking, courtyard and garden. Breakfast, pastries, local wines and beers (extra charge). Families welcome.

Beautifully renovated cottage in former outbuildings, with a large property and enclosed garden, and a dining area under the trees for sunny days. Large room with comfortable fitted kitchen, seating area with wood burning stove. Beautiful room with tv, storage, desk, 160 bed, contiguous toilet. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine. Large dressing room. Pool heated May - September, occasionally shared with us. 3 seater Jaccuzi in a nearby outbuilding, with toilet and shower access.

Our little paradise is located near Louhans. The apartment consists of a daylight bathroom and a room with a large double bed (180 cm) and a sitting area. Enjoy the beautiful pool, the quiet garden with terraces and seating areas or go hiking / cycling. Take advantage of gastronomy/cultural offers on excursions to Burgundy/Jura or on a market stroll in Louhans. A rich breakfast is included in the price. For the dinner that can be booked in addition, we will send you a menu card.

New fully-equipped accommodation (coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker) in a quiet area with all amenities within walking distance. For sleeping, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 mezzanine with a sofa bed for 2 people. Comfortable sofa in the living area on the ground floor. Linens and hand towels provided. A pond (in the village) and fishing equipment available for loan. A petanque area. Conveniently located to visit Jura (30 minutes)/Dijon (1 hour)/Beaune (45 minutes).

Lovingly renovated former stable in Burgundy. René especially welcomes couples who value tranquility and privacy. The special thing: If this apartment is bookable, the rest of our guesthouse usually remains free. This way, you enjoy the feeling of almost having the house to yourself. The apartment is also suitable for families with older children. The steep stairs make it unsuitable for toddlers. Look forward to good beds, a large garden with a pool and breakfast included.
