I had a pleasent stay. Everything you need is nearby. Really fast wifi connection. And finally Anabela always responded quickly and was very helpfull.

The apartment matches the description. It is cozy and has everything for a pleasant stay. The area has all the amenities and we were able to park very few meters. We were greeted by Fabio's mother very kindly and gave us all the necessary information. We really enjoyed taking long walks on the beach and visiting the surroundings. Highly recommended.

Everything was absolutely great! A great, clean and comfortable large apartment with wonderful terrace! Joao is a very warm host! At night it was quiet, the beds comfortable, bathroom and kitchen top, washing machine available - perfect for us!

Lovely flat, really close to the beach and praia da Rocha without being in the busy centre. The apartment was perfect for us, would definitely stay there again and Catarina e Bruno got back to work us quickly with any queries.

The place was perfect, small shop for shopping was right on the street. The sea was less than 3 minutes from the property. After a day, we felt right at home. The landlady had provided cakes, marmalade, coffee tablets, and more😊

One of the best places we've stayed on vacation. Extremely well-appointed apartment, with a balcony where we can relax. Organized apartment, well-used space and super clean. The location is perfect. Close to the beach, and close to everything. The host is very helpful. We advise, recommend and want to return.

Olga’s flat turned out to be exactly as described and exactly as we had hoped. It is just inside the gateway into the Convento, which seems to have a lot of other holiday flats in it. The building is beautiful, the (unheated) pool is beautiful and a very cool place to hang out on a few sunloungers or the grass. Olga provided bath towels on request at no extra cost. The apartment hosted us as a family of 5 very well. At times a little damp, but it was very clean and well equipped. Check in time was flexible (Olga allowed us to arrive early at 2pm) and check out was easy as we left the keys in the flat. The location is a walk of less than 10 mins to the centre of Tavira, it is just round the corner from the fresh indoor market, 5 mins walk from a small grocery shop and on the doorstep for the salt flats and walk/road out to Caia Quatro Aguas. We ate (& drank) well at The Black Anchor Irish pub (try the onion rings), O Noel (try the clams) and Mira (great tapas). We hope to return!

We stayed for two nights and once we had found the accommodation everything else went smoothly. Ivanna was very resposive to all of my queries and couldn't have helped more. The property is small but very well equiped and a great use of the space. It was a quiet haven to come back to and relax. Would love to stay again.

We would recommend this villa 100% Stayed with a group of friends to celebrate a big birthday and had a ball. It has everything you need plus things you hadn’t thought of! The pool area and roof terrace are perfect. Beautifully furnished; making you feel right at home. Easy to get taxis (April) and a few good local restaurants to walk to. Shout out to the Italian down the road; had a fab meal there. All in all a very memorable stay 😊

The house was superb for a group of friends to spend the week. Excellent rooms. Bathrooms are large. Kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. It was super comfortable to hang around in and just be with friends. The area was quiet but close enough to Tavira and other towns. while we were there the hot water quit, I notified the owner and within 2 hours it was fixed. This is first class.

Thomas was and is the perfect host. Super helpful, always open and nice communication! The house itself was just great. The size of the house doesn't really come across in the pictures - it's gigantic. You live completely for yourself and have complete privacy. Gardener and pool boy keep everything around the house in good shape. We worked from here for 6 weeks - Internet impeccable, workstations and numerous seating available for calls. A car is absolutely necessary as it is a bit outside. Galé Beach or Albufeira are about 12 minutes. However, an Uber doesn't cost much either. For shopping, we recommend the Intermarché in Ferreiras or the Aldi, which is only a few minutes' drive away. Conclusion: We will be happy to come back!

- Very quiet surroundings, the house is located very close to the beaches, supermarkets, and even a short drive from the most touristy sites. - Very well-equipped house, kitchen with several appliances and utensils, all rooms are very spacious, with air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room and very cozy atmosphere. - Spacious and very pleasant garden area, with swimming pool and barbecue area. There is also parking space inside the property! - Extremely friendly and helpful neighbors, we respected the quiet hours (as requested by Kathleen) and we didn't have any problems! - For personal preference, we suggest adding blackout curtains, as the shutters let in all the light (this is for people who prefer dark to sleep) - Super friendly host, always available and responds very quickly! As our stay was 1 week, they still changed the towels in the middle of the stay at the suggestion of the hostess herself ☺️

The apartment is super comfortable. It has a terrace with great views and you feel at home. Adrian is attentive to everything. We'll be back.

The check in instructions were clear and easy. The place was spacious with great view. We loved staying there!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Tavira. Pleasant living room, fully equiped cooking area (dish washer, washing machine, microwave, lots of cups, plates and cutlery), nice bedroom with comfortable bed. The balcony is south facing so gets morning sun for breakfast and evening sun for dinner. It is about 2 km fromTavira centre so is easily walkable. The apartment is very conveniently located - about 30 minutes drive from Faro airport and there are a number of attractions within 30 minutes drive.

A few minutes walking to city center, private and shaded car parking and great serene vibe in the common garden and pool makes this place a gem if a find, definitely be back for more in the future.

Great location for the beach! Clarisse gave us great recommendations and even left some beach towels, cooler and umbrellas to take with us. She was very responsive and would recommend to anyone!

Everything's perfect. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Parking is free on nearby streets. Five minute drive to the beach and 25 walk from the house. Ana was very attentive and available for questions. The perfect pool to go down for a dip. We will be back!!

Great, light-flooded apartment, very large terrace and wrap-around balcony (we were unfortunately not able to use SO doll due to the humid weather), very good location, residential complex with few units, therefore relatively private, everything excellently secured with large parking space, equipment of the apartment overall very good, everything works, we were very satisfied and can only recommend this apartment
